Avoid the hotel if you need to use the AC for heating in cold winter.While I usually enjoy staying at Hilton and being a Diamond member, my experience this time has been far from satisfactory because of the noisy AC.The AC in my room was excessively loud, measuring at 70 dB when near the unit and 63 dB near the bed. The noise was not only disruptive but also made it challenging to rest comfortably during my stay. For reference, "Norman conversation is around 60 dB and continued exposure to noise above 70 dBA over time will cause hearing loss (EPA). " The staff did offer me to move to another room but it wasn't much better. The noise was a bit smaller sound but it was high pitch, making it even worse.Imaging noise louder than a continuous conversation through the night. I believe that such a disturbance is unacceptable for any hotel.

They call the police on us same day last year they thought we were fighting in different languages and police arrested my girlfriend for domestic violence lol we still fight in court be aware

Really nice little hotel. Underground parking. Room (upgraded as a Diamond member) was spacious. Lobby and foyer were beautiful. All encounters with the front office staff were excellent. Definitely a good place to stay!

The issue was your disrespectful guest assistant "Cesar" This young man had pestered me repeatedly about the Wifi connection after I had let him know that I was connected.Cesar stopped me twice in the lobby, asking me in a sarchastic manner if my Wifi was working. I asked him why he was inquiring after we already had the discussion on the phone that Wifi was working? Cesar then replied "Oh, I'm just making a courtesy check."I let Cesar know that, I'm a Diamond member and that his actions were crossing over to harrassment.Cesar than stated, "oh no sir, this is just a courtesy check." In a rude and sarchastic manner.I walked back to my room ignoring Cesar's unprofessional attitude.After about 5 minutes, I return to my room to complete some paperwork from my day. All of a sudden, the phone in the room rings! It's Cesar for the 5th time, calling my room and stating he was performing a courtesy check making sure my Wifi was still working.I let him know at that point, I'd be checking out!I am a National Rep that travels 100 percent and spend around $---,---/year at Hilton properties. This young man needs to be held accountable for his mistreatment of a valued guests!I had to leave your property to get away from your harrassing staff member. I have never had an encounter like this at any other Hilton over my years of travel.

Stayed 5 days in this hotel. The AC unit is very old and loud (tested with my phone, noise level > 55dB). Even after it's turned off, the central AC is still very loud (>45 dB), can hardly sleep at night. I sent a complaint to the front desk, nobody responded.Also, the room service threw away my water bottle in the room.

The front desk clerk closed the store because “the system was down”. She could have just written our name and room number down… her attitude was the meanest person I’ve interacted with since I can remember. I stayed at Garden Inn in Palo Alto two nights. The room was not cleaned during the day (no privacy sign was hung out). I called guest service, and they told me they will look into it and send someone. No follow up call, no one came to clean the room. I complained when checked out - they apologized, no other action taken. They offered some reward points - I declined the offer, no intention to stay in any Garden Inn eve.

Hotel searching was a headache, but then I found platforms like ʜᴏᴛᴇʟᴅᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ This stay speaks for itself!We recently had a delightful stay at Hilton Garden Inn in Palo Alto with our family of 5. The experience was so good that we extended our stay by another night! The indoor pool and hot tub were great additions to our trip, though do note there's no lifeguard on duty. We found the beds extremely comfortable and the rooms impeccably clean. A standout feature for us was the laundry room – with only $2 for a wash and $2 for drying, it was a lifesaver for our large family. Location-wise, it's strategically placed, making our trips around the city effortless. I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment for families looking for comfort and convenience.

When we checked in the front desk gal was cordial. The TV did not work and was promptly fixed. Upon arrival to the 2nd floor a loud whirring noise could be heard, still audible with the door closed. Loud noises that sounded like pressure washing could be heard. Made sense since I saw a man going up the elevator with large equipment.BED was hard as a rock and pillows were flat so we called front desk to ask for pillows and were told that there were no extra pillows in the hotel. We ended up using a blanket for a pillow. At 600am we were awoken to the trash man. So not only did the loud noises go on most of the night, we could not sleep in. ):On check out the man at the service desk was friendly but assured me that no construction was going on, not until November. I let him now whatever it was construction or not was loud and I did not get enough sleep. He then let me know that because the 2nd floor windows don't open the air-conditioning circulates and may make loud noises.
