“Needed some pants hemmed. The lady who does the fitting was very helpful. She taught me the correct length of an actual hem. Premises clean. I used to visit this store when the old family was running it. I miss Fred. He always gave my kids chocolate. Prices are quite reasonable. And location is very convenient. I recommend them highly!”
“Norge is the only professional dry cleaner in the area. We've been coming here since we moved to Palo Alto in 2007 (after using a dry cleaner closer to our house that was awful). They take exceptional care of our clothing and always remove the most difficult stains while explaining the process to do so up front. Our clothes always stay in good shape, as if they were newly purchased. They use clean water and chemicals unlike other dry cleaners who reuse the same water and chemicals for multiple customers. It's unfortunate that some people want to leave a bad review because they were asked to move their car to a public parking spot - I've always found the owners to be extremely kind and respectful and a pleasure to talk to.”
“I live nearby but had never used their service until a few months ago. I drove there on one of the mornings, not realizing that they were not open yet. The inside was dark and the door was locked. I was about to leave and then saw the owner running to the front to open the door for me. What a wonderful gesture. I got my dress dry cleaned by them and it was ready the next day. I will come back again! It is a wonderful neighborhood gem.”

“I've used their services multiple times, for clothes and duvets, and I was very happy with them. It was on time, given to me perfectly cleaned, ironed and wrapped. The owner was really nice and honest, she even told me that I could save money on some items because they could simply go in the washing machine - it's not often that people try to save you money!
