Needles Studio is a modern fabric store and sewing workshop in beautiful downtown Los Altos. The store gives a great supportive community vibe, and all the people who work there are so encouraging, helpful, kind, and welcoming. It is a fabulous store for crafters, a paradise for sewing enthusiasts, and a wonderful establishment. The store also prints digital sewing patterns for same-day local pickup.
Found this place through a sewing course, and can't be happier - the staff is knowledgeable and willing to help you whether you are a beginner or an advanced sewist! If you're looking to get cotton thread - the choice is not big.

My partner and I adore Needles! Great fabrics, helpful and kind staff, excellent pattern selection, and we always find something extra to take home that we weren't looking for when we came in. This is a very charming store and we continue to make trips to the neighborhood just for Needles.

Lovely selection of fabric. Many bolts of fashion fabric as well as quilting fabric. Also needlework kits. Great place to shop. They will also print your PDF patterns for you.
