Nest’s lifetime warranty is a scam. My hybrid mattress started to sag and sink in in the first two years, and gave me back pain. I’ve contacted customer twice requesting for warranty services and both times haven’t gotten any response. Would never buy another Nest product ever again.

My wife and I were looking for a new mattress. This showroom was wonderful. But the best part of our visit was working with Troy our "sales person". He was friendly, informative and extremely instrumental in helping us find the "right fit". We absolutely felt no pressure to buy anything, but at the end learned so much about the product. It truly sounds like a great product made in the USA. Thank you Troy for helping make our experience stress free and actually enjoyable!

We had the pleasure of visiting the Nest store in person to test our different levels of firmness. We already have 2 nest mattresses (for our kid and ourselves), but want a third for our guest room. Jason was super helpful in suggesting different mattresses and toppers to try and clearly very knowledgeable about all the products. After telling him what we liked, he actually ended up helping us find a new King mattress for ourselves and we will more our other Nest to the guest room. Our third/new Nest mattress has an internal split for the king so we can have one side firm and one side medium which is amazing! We also tested out the side sleeping easy breather pillow and love the unique shape, happy room upgrade to those too!Jason was also a pleasure dealing with our son who had skipped a nap, which helped make a potentially stressful shopping trip to much more smoothly!If we even need another mattress, we will definitely go back to Nest Palo Alto. While we love the mattresses we ordered online from Nest before, it’s even better when you have the opportunity to go in store, test out in person, and work with a professional who really knows how each product works for each type of sleeper and body, with all our varying sleep preferences!Love that the company is sustainable and products made to order.

I was helped by Troy while looking for a new mattress and while I was very comfortable laying on these very nice and soft mattresses, Troy was also educating me on what I need in a mattress vs what I thought I need. And in opening my mindset and allowing him to “step into my body and try and learn what I’m feeling through feedback” (his statement on how he likes to interact with customers), I found a mattress that worked best for what I actually did based on the information he taught me rather than walking in and wanting to get what I thought was best for me. Part of purchasing a product is the experience of the buying process, and i must say, this was quite the memorable and lovely purchasing experience. I will most definitely be recommending this company and specifically this store to everyone who’s looking for a mattress. 11/10 would definitely go again. (also, while i was testing out mattresses, my girlfriend who was with me was able to be preoccupied in a $6,000 massage chair, having the time of her life. she loved it as well)

Romeo was one of the most helpful sales associates I have ever interacted with. He gave us great information and recommendations that were specific to our needs. He wasn't hovering, and gave me and my partner ample time to try out mattresses and talk amongst ourselves, however was right there if we needed to ask a question or wanted more information. I couldn't be happier with the service that was provided in Nest mattress and bedding.

I just made a purchase from the Palo Alto store and Romeo assisted me throughout. It was such a lovely experience, that I wanted to write this review. Romeo was knowledgable, patient and did not pressure me to make a purchase at any time. He also tailored the white glove delivery service to meet my particular needs and situation which I am so very grateful for. If you are interested in a Nest bed, I would not hesitate to visit this Palo Alto store. And...the beds are divine. So so comfortable! Can't wait to receive mine. Thank you Romeo and Palo Alto!

I needed a mattress to help with several physical problems I have had with prior mattresses. Romeo at Nest Bedding in Palo Alto provided me the understanding of how mattress materials and construction correlated to what I felt lying on each of the possible combinations of mattress types. So I could clearly feel what type of mattress I needed. My chosen mattress is completely comfortable beyond what I thought a mattress could be. Very considerate service topped off a perfect buying experience.

Troy was extremely patient and helpful! We already have a Nest Quail mattress in Queen size and wanted to check if we wanted the same one for a new King size bed. The experience at the store was incredible - no pressure to buy and extremely patient to answer any questions. We ended up getting the same mattress in King size and are loving it!

I recently purchased a mattress at the Palo Alto store of Nest Bedding. The service was excellent. All the options and features were explained to me about making a good mattress selection. The mattress is superior in comparison to other brand name mattresses. I would highly recommend anyone to go to a Nest Bedding store before buying another brand of mattress.

Having remodeled our home in 2018, we thought new furniture was in order. We ended up buying quite a few very beautiful items for our home which we absolutely love. Rick Winegart was our sales person for all the items we purchased. He was extremely helpful and gave some good tips for decorating our remodeled home. We were very pleased with the service we received.

My Nest mattress started sinking from my weight (100 lbs) after just a few months, and now I have back and neck pain from this awful quality mattress. I’ve been emailing back and forth with customer service for a month now with zero progress. Each week they ask for additional photos or tell me there is something wrong with the new photos I provided. They are doing *everything* in their power to make it an insanely difficult and frustrating process so that I will eventually give up and throw out this horrible quality mattress. Please read all the detailed unhappy reviews on Reddit and other sites, describing the difficult return process.
