This is our number place to go for most our Healthcare matters. Very nice staff. Organized and clean facilities. Some specialities super hard to get an appointment with. Overall, happy with this location and PAMF in general. I recommend Palo Alto Medical Foundation to all my fellow Silicon Valley neighbors.

This PAMF facility seems warmer and personable than the ones in Mountain View and Sunnyvale. The staff is nicer here and it has a family atmosphere. Parking is as easy as in the other PAMF facilities.

Great doctors and great staff. Easy communications through their web portal. All the clinical notes and test results are there 24/7.

Extremely poor experience with doctors quality, clinic assistants, billing and endless loops of processes to get things done.wont recommend to anyone.

Doctors are great. However, underground parking is dark and crowded. Lack of clear signs. Buildings and facilities are old. Average waiting time at this location is longer than other PAMFs nearby.

Their billing system is seemingly questionable. I had a flu shot at walk-in but was billed for service provided by Charles Weiss MD at urgent care. The lady at walk-in certainly didn’t look like a “Charles Weiss” to me ?.

My bill for only $50 almost went to collection because the PA foundation had an incorrect address for me; an address I had never given them but was my mail forwarding address for only one month over three years ago before I had even moved to California. And, I specifically remember a conversation with the administration at PA medical foundation about my drivers license address being my billing address. They claimed to have called me with an automated caller twice about the bill, but because I screen for automated spam calls with google call screen I never got them and assumed they were spam. This organization has no problem ruining your credit without legitimately trying to get in contact with you, even if the mistake is entirely theirs in the case of a wrong billing address. I am a more unhealthy person because my stress level is higher from this experience and I do not want to return to the Palo Alto medical foundation.

This place is a legitimate maze. The absolute worst medical experience I have ever had.

As a new mother in a foreign country, I endure pain, racism, confused advice, and get so little support at PAMF.

Overall, good experience. Make sure that you ask about possible extra changes, blood work, etc
