I've been training with Lanthony for a little over nine months now and have seen an amazing transformation over that time span. This is my first time body building and hitting the gym regularly to lift weights. Lanthony made sure I understood the equipment, exercises and he played close attention to my form throughout. He was able to provide a challenging workout while working around existing injuries. Lanthony is bringing the energy, dedication and passion for his craft every session and is keeping me motivated throughout.

Over the past 3 years, I have had the pleasure of training with Lanthony, and I can confidently say that he is one of the most dedicated trainers I have ever worked with. He truly goes above and beyond for his clients, consistently pushing us to reach our goals and achieve our full potential.Not only is Lanthony a true professional in his field, but he also creates a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere in his small private gym. This personal touch makes all the difference in my training experience, as I feel like I am part of a community rather than just a client. Most experienced personal trainer in the Bay Area. I was looking for a trainer who would help me build muscle. I got more... muscle-REAL FOOD Based nutrition, positive reinforcement and encouragement that has made this routine habit. Lanthony has an extensive background boots on the ground experience. Pennywell Fitness has been one of the best decisions I’ve made yet in my journey to greater mental & physical health. I have seen significant changes in my body, along with my mental well-being. The trainers carefully articulate a workout plan unique for their clients based on endurance, focus, & ability. This is a big part of why I believe this gym works so well. I've been training with Lanthony for 3months. When I met him, I immediately knew he was going to be my trainer. He cares about your improvement, and will take as much time that is necessary to do so. I train less than I used to and I see more gains from his techniques. He's flexible with his time which helps too. Can't wait to see what I look like after a few more months!

Lanthony isn't a regular trainer but a training Guru. His overwhelming amount of years being a trainer/bodybuilder possibly make him one of the best trainers out there. Lanthony is able to cater every single workout to the individual, and ensure they are growing/comfortable at all times. I was working out for years before signing up with Pennywell Fitness and I was honestly getting no where. However after 3 months with him; myself and others already noticed massive results. Not only does he teach you how to get results, he also shows you how to maintain this and become self sufficient so that you can continue to build yourself. Overall, Lanthony is a truly unique trainer and it is extremely rare to find someone of his knowledge and skill.
