Nordstrom does not stand behind outstanding customer service.Not willing to take a return that is in perfect condition has led to this review.I went into Nordstrom Rack and received nothing but bad service. I went into Nodstrom Palo Alto and received the same. I chatted with on line services and they tossed me around through 3 people who were just as bad.Nordstrom has always been my number one shopping experience for over 40 years and it is sad to say this is my last with Nordstrom and I will pass their poor customer service around.

The best customer experience store, as an employee in the women's shoes department I was able to hone my customer service skills as well as work well with others in a friendly competitive environment. I totally miss working here when I did and hope to work there maybe sometime in the near future. Nordstrom not only help me gain new skills but helped me grow as a person. I will forever be thankful for the lessons I've learned while working here. I was able to connect with friendly customers and staff. Can't forget about the EBAR. I recommend ordering an iced lavender chai with oat milk whenever you find yourself shopping at Nordstrom. The best experience that I will forever deeply miss.

Sad. This location has taken its ultimate nosedive into the path where all department stores go to rot and die. This location has pathetic customer service you are better off using the AI on your phone than asking the sales associate anything. I was looking for two items that was in the store. Three employees in TBD didn't understand me I was looking for a L in any color ( they had black ) but insisted that I am supposed to order it before purchasing ?! I mean the employees are confused and don't want to take time to hear the client I was shocked at how three associates were confused on how to find me one free people top. Also who is the buyer ? There is hardly any stock in store ! Hardly any trained associates and no clientele .I think this store will slowly meet its end it's absolutely sad the grand days of the live piano , the events the enthusiasm for fashion it's just notThere and that is evident in the way the employees display themselvesThis store will die out soon

This review is actually for the black tux inside of Nordstrom's. I couldn't find the business so using Nordstrom's instead.Made an appointment online and came in for a fitting for both me and my partner. We were helped right away but an Eastern European woman (I didn't catch her name) and she was very friendly and helpful. Got us both fitted in a little under an hour and our tuxes are on the way for our event. Only critique is that the styles of the jackets could be updated, we have seen the same ones there since before the pandemic. However, service and ease of the experience was great!

I came in to look for a dress with a budget around $5k. Alfred in the designer section was very helpful and pulled 3 dresses in my size from the back. However their selection was not good and most dresses are geared toward 50+ ladies. 5 stars for service2 stars for selection and few stylish options

Sadly Nordstrom continues to decline in quality of service. Returns cannot be added to an existing gift card. This means you will have to carry around multiple random gift cards. How illogical and outdated. Fitting for undergarments is still "hands free" which really misses the expertise one is looking for by coming here. Sigh. Nordstrom I really wanted to keep loving you, but you're making it so hard.

I'm truly impressed by the most amazing customer service I have ever received. One of the staff, helped me as I tried on some boots and he was extremely helpful and really made me feel confident about my purchase. I have never met a more enthusiastic and amazing employee ever.I'll definitely be back!
