If you’re looking for a comfy sofa like the Cloud, there are actually a lot of choices that are more affordable. The cloud is overpriced, lack of availability and extended delivery date, the little stock they have are ugly colors. They try to sell you the perennial man made fabric that comes at a higher price point, but the sales doesn’t tell you it feels more tight, rough, and not as comfy as the displayed Cloud in linen.All in all, you could find leather sofas and Italian furniture for cheaper and wait less time.

Avoid avoid avoid; especially working here. Did a zoom interview and they were very rude and snarky. Would not disclose salary which is illegal in California.

I drove 30 miles to the Palo Alto showroom after calling a salesperson the previous day to confirm specific items were on the sales floor. When I arrived, they were not, and had never been in stock. Thanks for wasting ~90 minutes of my time RH.

We bought a large expandable dining room table. We love it. All the service has been great Sales people and white glove service were wonderful. Ordering more furniture soon

I was a little intimidated to come in after reading reviews here on yelp. Zeinab greeted us right when we walked in and she helped us out with everything we needed. Also everyone were very friendly and greeted us as they walked by. We ordered our lightings yesterday and got a call this morning to schedule a delivery already. What a great experience!

I purchased furnitures from the Maison series for my master bedroom early this year. Due to the supply chain delays, only the dresser and night stands are delivered by now. They came with super strong furniture odor, and the TVOC and HCHO are still very high after 2 months. I have to live in the guest bedroom with old furnitures for health concern. Be cautious that even these are claimed to be made of solid wood they may still leach harmful chemicals and takes months of off gassing. The desk and stool from RH Teen collection which are veneered smell even worse. Disappointed in RH.

Once they get your credit card , they are all done with you! They have perfect customer service only when you are not done with your orders, after that no customer service exist! Takes for ever for someone to get back to you. Good luck!

I love RH. The most expensive pieces we have invested in are from RH and they've lasted for two decades and still look beautiful. Quality and so so sophisticated. My husband and stopped by RH PA yesterday in search of the perfect pieces for the LR and MB. Scotty greeted us warmly within a minute of arrival. So lovely, no pressure, he let us engage. And when we were ready with questions - he had ALL the answers! He was able to share how the different leathers and velvet age over time with sunlight and usage. He asked us fantastic questions about lifestyle and placement and was able to guide us so expertly - down to "this piece has been in store for 2 years and this is what the velvet will look like in full daily sunlight" and "this leather couch has been in store for 3 months and this is how it beautifully shifts with folks sitting and touching". 48 hours prior, I had emailed the main RH PA email to see if a specific bed was on the show floor. Gigi answered back immediately not only confirming the bed was on display but also the specific fabric I had wanted to identify via a picture. The client service at RH PA is outstanding. We walked out feeling so looked after. We can't wait to receive our new gorgeous furniture! Huge KUDOS to Scotty and to Gigi - it is rare to find people who care so much and take such pride in what they do. Thank you so much, Scotty!!!

Terrible customer service. If you have a project you want done on time I suggest going elsewhere. I'm waiting on almost half a year for Them to get my order right. I ordered the pharmacy vanity with marble top which is quite expensive. The marble came damaged so we returned it. They wanted us to wait two months to get a new one. I had to call everyday to harass them to get the date moved up so it wouldn't take as long. Then they send a defective top that won't fit the sink(bought together) so we had to send that back and they are making me wait another month With no attempts to rush the order at all. When i told them this is unacceptable the woman they put me in touch with told me she'd take care of things and call me back. So far I've called Diana at RH at least five times since then and she doesn't return my calls. Just awful customer service. This has held up our projects overall. I can't even tell you how inconvenient this has been. It Almost cost us our refinance because we had to have a walk through from bank and our vanity top was missing so we had to remove the vanity and put in a temporary one etc. It has cost me money to contractor who installed first top only to see it was damaged and second one only to realize it was defective. Let us nit forget he also had to install a temporary one so we could get the refinance abs pass bank walkthrough. Unless this vanity arrives at my doorstep tomorrow I will be keeping up this bad reviews.
