I purchased a sweater in this store on Jan 27. I paid and sales associate offered to have it delivered to me, because the store was out of stock on the item.Today is Feb 18 and I haven't receive the item. I called/emailed the store and support team many times. However, this very simple issue is not addressed or resolved. I paid and did not receive the item.

This is an outstanding new store and line. First rate quality and elegant design. Both sales associates are excellent- but we worked with Victoria- who made our experience among the finest and most enjoyable ever. Her knowledge and patience sets the bar as high as it goes - and her personality is phenomenal.

Truly this a great quality brand and customer service. Somewhat reminds of the Australian version, RM Williams clothing brand too. I'll definitely be coming back here again soon. Just wanted to point out the staff were amazing. Alana was the store specialist at the time. She help me got sorted and told me briefly about the brand. Generally, just a wonderful person to start a small chat as well.

One of the best places to get quality clothing with an amazing staff! I want to highlight Victoria who helped me find the perfect pair of Chelsea boots today. They were super helpful and detailed on the products. Fantastic overall experience!
