The space, decoration and design of this store are great.Whether sitting indoors or outdoors,They all feel quite comfortable! However, the number of seats, both indoors and outdoors, is very small; It should be hard to find a building during peak hours! And this store does not provide restrooms!

Location was very busy with lots of people sitting around. It looked like they were trying to get orders out but it looked like a loosing effort. If you go there between major eating times you should get your food in a timely order.

The space is great and i love it BUT there’s a weird white women who keeps annoying other customers. This store has the potential to attract working people around here, but can become a homeless hub instead because of this.

Another sad Starbucks. Why is it that they can't understand an iced vente latte with chocolate cold cream and whipped cream? For some reason they confused the cold cream and the whipped cream or leave one or the other off.Thank goodness for Starbucks customer service help line. Without their help this would be one stars.

I used to love Starbucks, but something changed. I no longer just decide where to spend money based on convenience. Now I try to be thoughtful about the impact of the money I spend. I cannot in good conscience ever step foot inside this store again. University Avenue is home to some of the best coffee shops in the Bay Area (Philz and Verve), so why would I chose Starbucks? I wouldn't. I don't feel tempted by red cups or star rewards - especially when it involves purchasing an inferior quality product that hides behind sugary syrups to mask the taste of burnt coffee. Palo Alto has so much variety and choice when it comes to coffee, this should be your last choice.

Great new location downtown/ far better than the old location. Much larger too! More seating options. As a 30 resident of Palo Alto I appreciate this.
