I go to this shop for all my tennis needs and always have an outstanding experience! The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, helping me select the perfect racquet, modify the tension of my strings, and even give some wise advise for my tennis elbow. I appreciate the attention to detail in their customer service. Highly recommend this shop to anyone, whether you're a beginner or seasoned player!

Poor customer service! Unorganized store!! Paddles and rackets are on the floor. Buyer beware! This small local business wants your money, but does not care about customer satisfaction! The owner is rude and combative.

Went in to learn about the racket demo program and their attitude was dismissive and they prioritized people buying racket even they came after us. Went to other tennis shop instead and their attitude was great!

My go-to tennis shop in the area. The owner is very kind with her Hungarian accent and she is well informed about all the rackets, accessories, and their differences. Great variety of options. The staff are very helpful—they gave me a new overgrip on four of my rackets for no extra service charge.

Had a great experience demoing pickleball paddle and ended up buying the paddle I liked there. Timi was very helpful in first asking about my preferences and then offering me suggestions and guiding me through the demo program and paddle selection. With each demo, I found that I was progressively zooming in to a paddle I like. Their in-store prices were comparable to online store prices. Will be back for my next paddle!

I had high hopes for this tennis store in Palo Alto. I spent around $200 on tennis apparel and took four demo rackets to try. I intended to purchase one of the rackets but didn’t have time to return the next day, as I had to fly back home.
I left an $85 deposit and later asked for a refund since I couldn’t make the purchase. They told me it wasn’t possible. In the end, I rushed there at the last minute and bought a racket I wasn’t really sure about, just so I wouldn’t lose my deposit.
To my surprise, they strung the racket with mismatched strings — one side black, the other white, and not even the same type. They still charged me full price for the stringing, which was very disappointing.
The saleswoman was friendly, and the owner seemed nice, but unfortunately, I can’t recommend this store. I didn’t feel they were transparent or fair in how they handled the situation.

It's a nice store with friendly staff but the equipment, specifically paddles are a bit overpriced....
the person who helped me used pressure sales to get me to buy a paddle that they didn't even properly price match. A bit of buyer's remorse but wish they had a better return/demo policy

Excellent experience every single time.
I have been going to this store for 7 years (4 racquets, 25+ strings, several demos, shoes, balance strips, grips) initially because it was my only option in Palo Alto and now that I live further away I (and my partner) keep driving to that store because the staff - also, it is family owned - has so much knowledge and are always super friendly. Over time some friends switched store to go there as well.
So much in a small store ! peRFect

I’ve been going to this tennis store for all my racket needs, even though it’s 25 minutes away from me, and it’s absolutely worth the drive every time. Whether I need my rackets strung, want to demo new ones, or just have questions, Caden, Timi, and Toma are always incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. The fact that it’s family-owned gives it a personal touch you don’t often find. Highly recommend this shop for anyone who values expert advice and great customer service!

I am so impressed by how the owner of this store takes care of her customers. She spent a lot of time with my boys to explain them why certain strings are better for them and how to select tennis equipment according to individual needs. We were visiting from SLC, utah and stumbled upon this store and left with an amazing experience. She gave my boys a crazy deal on tennis bag and I am grateful for such kind people who are not just about business and money but experience and teaching. Highly recommend this place.
