Wow! Our power is out and we had no place to stay! From the second I booked the Clement on the phone I felt my stress level immediately evaporate. The receptionist was so comforting and sweet. Valet was a breeze, check in so easy, tour of hotel, so nice, gorgeous suite, prime location! They have thought of ever detail! I love that they are over the top with hospitality. They were aware we don't have power at home ((PGE outage)) and our child needed lunch for school. They proactively walked up to me a few hours after checkin and inquired his lunch preference for school and asked if they could pack a lunch! What a godsend for a nervous mommy dealing with a totally chaotic schedule. They cleaned his water flask too and even cooked our dogs fresh chicken for their doggie dinners. The dinner tonight took some time to be served but truthfully the food was lovely and so worth it! We love this place. We don't want to leave. Oh and they made me afternoon tea on demand and packed us a ridiculously large bag of desserts back to our room since we wanted to pig out.

The hotel was beautiful but what made it a wonderful stay was the small, intimate staff. They treated us like family and Gail, Tanya, Artimus and the entire team was just a delight.Even though the pool was under construction, they still had a deal with the Westin to allow us to use the pool across the street.No denying that this hotel and its team are far and above some of the best service teams I’ve ever been taken care of by. Thank you so much!

Amazing experience, Gail and team did a fantastic job making my wife’s birthday celebration very special. We will be back and look forward to the exceptional, luxurious treatment at this beautiful hotel. Rooftop pool is a great escape and all inclusive food is delicious. All the staff are friendly, attentive and make the experience so nice. Thank you Clement team!

It feels so good to give 5 stars! My husband and I came here for a staycation/anniversary and it was one of our favorite hotel experiences. We were greeted with smiling faces and two glasses of wine upon our arrival. We were also upgraded during our stay which made it that much better! The all inclusive boutique style hotel is really one of a kind. We enjoyed our alone time by the pool, lots of drinks, late night ice cream, and yummy breakfast!

Thank you to Bennie and the staff at The Clement for making our Anniversary special!! From the moment we walked in until we left, it felt like we were home with friends. For dinner we decided to eat in the dining room. All the food was amazing and the staff was super friendly. It truly felt like we had a personal chef. The bed was very comfortable, so opted to have breakfast in the room. It didn’t disappoint!! This was our first time staying here and we are already planning a return stay for a full weekend. Thank you again!!!!

This is our favorite hotel in the bay area. The heart of all the staff is full of joy and care. The location is the best, walkable to Stanford Shopping Center, Stanford University, and downtown Palo Alto. The value is super high considering that everything is included, all food, all room service, all snacks, all water, fully stocked open kitchen with local desserts. The accommodations are clean, modern, and well designed. This is a boutique hotel, so it specializes in privacy and special attention. The quality for this hotel is super high relative to the area.
