Most consistent and quality service ever! Been there three times and always had the best experience. The third time my watch broke, and the manager happily replaced it for me. The other SA (not sure what her name is) is also super sweet and welcoming! Will definitely be back <3

Saleslady is very rude. I called to check if they have a bag in stock. She didn't even hear me finish which style just tell me no, then hung up. Shouldn't you at least put me in waitlist?
