It’s easy to search and book but customer service is awful. There is no phone support for changing reservations or questions about reservations, only poorly executed chat. The chat agents are worse than talking to a bot. I have had to use the chat to get questions answered multiple times and it’s always an excruciating 30-60 minutes to get my issue resolved when a 5-minute phone call would do. How much is your time worth? Are you really saving your company money by selecting this as your corporate travel platform? If you never make changes, it’s decent, but god help if you ever do change your plans.

Not transparent with personal trip booking fees. Checkout and Invoice shows my local currency, but I was charged in USD due to the reward redemption which is fine except that they charged some "charge fee, which is applicable only for non-USD redemption". On top of that, I was only informed the full rewards credit can't be used and only a partial amount was used when making the booking by their finance team AFTER i contacted them about the amount charged.Save your time and book on other booking platforms for personal trips to save on unwanted hidden "charge" & conversion fees where the amount at checkout is exactly what is charged to your card.

Horrible customer service! Purchased a flight under my daughter's name, their system somehow switched it to my name. Due to FAA rules, tickets can't be transferred. I had to cancel and receive a credit, which wasn't the priority...just getting my daughter's flight. So I booked directly thru airlines, which I should have done originally. Four months later, I attempt to use that credit and purchase a flight home a few months in advance for Thanksgiving. Now they want to tell me I can't use the credit for that! CROOKS!!!

Unable to change flight online even though they claimed there was no change fee and I would only pay the fare difference. No matter what flight I selected it inevitably said "An error occurred." I had previously tried to contact support a few days ago because the prices of some flight options weren't showing up and I was assured I would not be charged $25 because it was a technical issue on their end, but they charged my card anyway and I had to email them and send a screenshot of the charge before they refunded it, so I'm reluctant to contact their support again re the above error and have to again fight to not be charged for an error on their end. The last time I contacted support the agent also quoted me a ludicrous price for the change I was asking for that was almost 100x higher than the prices shown on their website and app, though neither the website nor the app actually let me change my flight so I guess those prices were fake anyway. Overall it seems like an ok platform to book your business travel (I'm sure there's worse enterprise software out there) but don't expect to be able to make any changes more than 24 h after you book regardless of whatever policy they claim applies to your booked tickets.

TripActions doesn’t allow me to change my flight because a bug in their system. After waiting for 90 mins and customer service gave me a much higher quote. I don’t wanna make the decision at the scene and he told me I have to go through the same waiting time to book through customer service. What a terrible service!

This was such a seamless booking experience. I love how it showed my which of my colleagues had booked what flight and what their seats were if they were on my flight!

I received an "offer " from the company for a "free Amazon card" just for seeing a demonstration. I was slightly interested as travel agents are a dime a dozen and we are looking for real travel solutions . 6 days 3 demonstrations later … I said I really can't take this any farther . It is not a value in my eyes. ( granted I was looking to see a demo and it was all selling little demo ). Guess who got no Amazon Card ? three demo's and 0 follow through . Customer fills promise TripActions doesn't not a company experience I want to repeat.

[UPDATED] Got some bad customer service experience related to my flight bookings. However, their CEO finally reached out to me and I am happy with the resolution.
