After hours, the Union Bank ATM took my money, over $200 cash, and then said, "Our apologies...Due to technical problems your deposited items cannot be processed or returned." I mean, really, WTF? I have had to spend over an hour at the bank talking to people and submitting a claim form, and I still have no reassurance I will *ever* get that money back. I WOULD NOT USE THIS ATM, and I am seriously thinking of finding a better bank that doesn't wrongfully take your money with no record. Had they worked harder and found a way to immediately get me my money back, I would have felt better about things, but right now there is an "Investigation" that, hopefully, will get my money back to me. This whole thing has left me with a *very bad* taste in my mouth. The people at the branch seemed to hardly care that my money was effectively stolen, and I had to withdraw more money from elsewhere and deposit it. What a terrible waste of time, not to mention all the stress chemicals I've had to deal with.

Very bad experience, this morning I try to go open a new account and Cillia dark skin told lady try to help me with a very bad attitude and I told her her attitude was not professional and she told me: ! If you do t like it get out of here and find another bank. I fell very disappointed with this lady, I didn't say anything because she intimidated me I just walk out. She's the worst teller I ever meet, definitely I will never put step there again. She's looks like her life is a mess for the way she treat people
