I had a great experience working with Johan and Lillian at Up2u Print! They helped me turn around a large vinyl banner in record time (before the quoted pickup date!) and were communicative about the timeline, cost, and specifications. UP2U Print is best possible printing place in Bay Area. If you want your printed materials be exactly the same as you designed it, you want to use only their services.It was a week to TechCrunch and I needed more than 20 printed roll-ups and huge banners as a backdrop.Johan advised on what materials are best and what formats suits the print.He went above and beyond to help us with our needs.He’s a person who understands, tries to find a solution with you and exceeds all your expectations.I got used to service level being low in Bay Area, but UP2U Print is a global level company with personal touch of kind and helpful Johan.

Went through the Up2U website to print a startup tradeshow banner. Within a day, Johan had it done and even stayed late after-hours to make sure I could pick it up. Couldn't be happier with the service and quality - highly highly recommend!

Asked Johan to help print a high quality banner for a conference. It was quick. Sent the file in the afternoon. Received an email telling me it was ready to pick up by 11 am the next day. The printing paper used was high quality, the color image was high quality (the best I have ever seen in a trade show), and the service was high standard. Johan trusts his customers. He did not ask me to put any deposit down.Like this guy a lot. He is always working. He is down to earth. He is trustworthy. His whole clothes were covered with paint. But the banner he gave to you was super clean.I will give all my company's marketing printing business to this guy.

My experience with UP2U is nothing short of exceptional. First time to try their service out and I can say that it was a disappointing experience. I ordered online for a set of bookmarks and since they were near our office, I decided to do a store pickup. I placed the order online for a same business day option and we received an email that the order was completed 2:16 PM. Prior to this, I called them to ask if we can possibly do a store pickup on Saturday since it was already noon when I placed the order online. The guy I spoke with said we can drop by the store even though they were closed if we were going to pick the order up. However, he also offered instead to have it picked up the same day (Friday). We needed the bookmarks for Sunday so this was great news for me but I didn't agree just yet and just said that we can do Saturday if he is okay with it. He said yes but if he finishes that day he can email us to let us know and I agreed. We got the email and we were happy to pick it up. Before checking out the order online, it will show a preview of your uploaded design. I adjusted our design to fit their frame and made sure that there was enough space for bleeding. When we got our bookmarks, some of them were misaligned while the rest were okay. I called the guy back to let him know and if we can possibly get replacements for those that came out wrong. I tried to be as polite as I can and not sound so demanding. As soon as I was trying to explain the situation, the guy on the phone said, "Just tell me what you want me to do and what you want. I have eight other jobs to do by 1:30 PM. I don't have time... Just tell me what you want me to do." This caught me off guard not to mention that I was trying to explain to him that it is not an issue of not enough bleeding space but because HE cut them off incorrectly. If it was my fault, I would've owned up to it but knowing that not all the bookmarks were askew and some came out exactly right as they should then it was clearly an error when he was cutting them. I attached samples here as proof which you can clearly see that one was cut incorrectly. We even went out of our way to compare a store bought bookmark which was the same size as our order (2" x 6") and when we put them together, the width was off by at least half an inch which would explain why some of the bookmarks weren't centered. Very disappointed for our first time. At least learn to own up to your mistakes and listen to feedback. Also, if you're going to argue that we placed the order 2 hours before your business closes then you should've made a note on your webpage that you have a cutoff period or don't even bother offering a SAME BUSINESS DAY option if you find it hard to commit to. Never doing business with them again because of the awful customer service I experienced and I definitely do not recommend them. Plenty of other printing places nearby who can do the same, if not better, service.
