“Edrick and the whole team at this location are tru professionals who will not try to rip you off. They have a free tire check station and usually can book for a tire repair or replacement online within a day (depending on your type of tire). They have a new point of sale system that may or may not send you a text to alert you when your car is ready. Most people just hang out in their lobby or go for a long walk in the neighborhood behind it while waiting. Note to all who haven’t visited this area of Palo Alto, it can be a cell phone dead zone. They have wifi in the lobby but I cant say if it works or not since I went home while they were working on my car and came back later. They are a very popular spot so be sure to book ahead if possible!”

“Supporting local businesses is key to growing our communities. That being said, we recommend Centerville based Junior's Car Stereo. The photos are from my 2011 Nissan 370Z Touring that was rescued by Junior and his design and installation teams. For this project, we needed a complete removal of the previous unit, broken items and most importantly the wiring. The previous installation was an unmitigated disaster. Broken components, bare wires, incorrect wiring, which led to my defroster dial and mirror compass not functioning. In addition, the equalizer and speaker configuration weren't working, and the system was underpowered. UGH! Junior's staff went to work and started by doing a complete demo of the system from cradle to grave. Once that was completed, they started the rebuilding of my stereo system, piece by piece. They even designed a cool, red "Z logo" cover (see hatch pic)! When Junior called me to pick up my Z I was excited to come to his shop, but I was floored after he walked me through what had been done. The system looked fabulous, but the sound knocked me out. No distortion at all, regardless of the volume, base, treble of music genre. The cost of this "Phoenix" or rising from the ashes was fair and to me worth it at any cost. Bottom line, if you're looking for a new car audio system do not look any further than Junior's Car Stereo where their professionalism and attention to detail will make your car's audio the talk of the neighborhood.OBTW - They also fixed my defroster dial and mirror compass!”

“Had a flat tire on my Tesla Model Y today. Called the shop and luckily caught them just before closing time. The guy on the phone told me to come over right away. When I arrived, there were already a few customers ahead of me, but they still managed to get all four tires replaced in just about 45 minutes. The price was on the higher side, but I’m hoping the quality makes it worth it. Time will tell if the new tires live up to the expectation.”

“These guys saved the day! My husband ran here in a hurry after another tire company would not honor his appointment time to mount and balance new rims and tires. And time was of the essence as he had our infant son with him. This is also his work truck so downtime had to be minimal.
Victor immediately sprung to action and had a few guys on his crew work on the truck. While they were doing this, they uncovered an issue with the truck that my husband was not aware of. Fast forward, it was a manufacturer defect that GMC took care of. We are very grateful for the time they took to troubleshoot!!

“This place truly earned my 5 stars and respect. I’m a car lover — not a full-blown enthusiast, but definitely someone who cares deeply about how my vehicles are handled. I’ve had some disappointing experiences at other service locations around the Peninsula when bringing in my performance SUV and sedan.

Those shops looked professional on the outside (4+ stars rating in Google Maps), with clear windows into the service bay (which I thought meant transparency), but I personally witnessed technicians sitting in my driver’s seat to take photos, tossing center caps around like toys, and even manually slamming my power trunk instead of using the button. Thankfully, no damage was done, but it was still frustrating. Managers apologized, but nothing ever changed.

Today, I gave the Redwood City location a try — one last hope. I came in for a tire replacement after finding a nail in the sidewall. Denon at the front desk greeted me right away, went over the details, and took the time to note my request to use the trunk button instead of pulling it manually. When David, received the car in the service bay, I could actually see Denon reminding him of this detail — and David followed through exactly as asked.

Small things like that really stand out to people who care about their cars. The install cost me $28 for a customer-supplied tire — not the cheapest around, but absolutely worth it for the professionalism, respect, and smooth experience.

“Place itself is a great place to get your vehicle maintained, especially tires; replacing, rotating oil changes, etc. but when it comes for tires replacement that’s when you have to “cry” and start thinking about “breaking the bank” to pay for new tires… I personally had to borrow the money to pay for my new tires.”
