The service has been good overall. The tech who came to fix a problem did a great job. An agent was very helpful and sympathetic but unable to resolve an internal problem. The installer was not willing to do the job. The tech was excellent and resolve the issue. Frontier internet service will stay with the company but a promotion problem still exists.
Frontier charged my bank account for a service was canceled months ago without permission. Now im getting a run around for my refund. They stole 107.25 and they don’t want to return the money! I have called about 8 times about this issue and they keep telling me lies! Worst service ever received

My bill, without warning or explanation, just jumped $15. Of course they didn't post the bill until they were closed on Friday. So I can't even talk to someone until MOnday. These guys are always messing with the bill and give no notice or warnings. Just one day your bill is too expensive to pay and that just how it is.

Pretty good if you don't care about internet speed, constant random outages, and overpaying for the absolute bare minimum of a service
