I have been going to Lab Corp for 20 years when Kathy was there, she was amazing. The new person seemed to have a chip on her shoulder. Aweful service. Never smiled or looked me in the eye. She left two really big bruises on each arm. I will not return there.

Went today no one there staffing issues.
Not Profesional, not a good look for Labcorp maybe you need to look into this problem it seems to be management problems if you can't keep your doors open during business hours. Plus I had to drive all over town to find another place 🙃 😒 😩 🙄 not Profesional !!!!

I arrived at 10:00a for an appointment at 10:15. Nobody was at the office, the door was closed and locked, and several other customers arrived and waited in their cars after me. I waited in my car until 10:30a then drove to the Redding office instead.

I have been coming to this labcorp for well over 10 years and have never had a bad experience. I was there last week, Second week of August 2023. Absolutely horrible service! Very unfriendly, tall lady I had never seen before, left a huge painful bruise.

I’ve gone many times for blood to be drawn. Each time I was seen in a very timely manner and was never there longer than 15 to 20 minutes usually less. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff.

When I was there, they did the expected service, but asked me to get a number for a test for them. They will not answer the phone to give them the number. I get in my car and drive the 10 miles over there, arriving at 11:36.They are closed for lunch. It doesn't say what time they do lunch on their website. I expected 12:00. They don't give a damn about other people's time.

Near my home. I always have a nice visit when I come here for a test, blood draw or whatever. I have good feelings about this place and the people who work here... :)

A great convenient lab. Make sure if you need your order faxed that.their FAX MACHINE IS WORKING!!! Ridiculous to have a broken fax for days! Otherwise I'd give it 5 stars, staff.very friendly.
