“Easy as pie! Representative was very nice and her instructions were easy to follow. The portraits of the raccoon and sloth on the wall behind her were very cute. I’d recommend Lab 24 over Quest Diagnostics any day!”
“One of the best phlebotomist experiences I have ever had! Juan was helping train an employee and he was able to guide her to a perfect draw with just vocal direction. My veins are never easy, he made it absolutely painless and I was left extremely impressed at his proficiency and capability in training as well. Both the employees who helped me were fantastic but he deserves a special mention for that skill.”
“I want to shout out Lois, who did my blood draw today. She was very friendly and professional. I got dizzy and light headed during my blood draw and she was very helpful. She seemed like she truly cared about how I was doing. An ignorant person came in while she was attending to me and another patient and said shame on her for not being able to help him without an appointment. He clearly had no idea how wonderful of a job she was doing as the only person working at this LabCorp location this morning.”
“Debbie is the best employee you will ever have. When I went for one of my appointments she spent all of her break helping catch someone's dog who was running around towards the freeway. She was able to help get the dog in her car, bring the dog to another person's house then return to the office in a timely manner with a cheerful attitude. You guys need to do everything in your power to keep her and she definitely deserves a raise.”
“Great experience! In and out with no prior appointment in about 30 minutes. 'Appreciated the kiosk check in as soon as you step in the main office lounge area. Guests are well treated and welcomed. I specially appreciate the front desk (only) personnel Grace, she is amazing taking care of all who come in, plus attending duties of a Lab technician like taking blood samples and more. I hope she is earning Time+Half, while there are 2 open positions, as posted (or could experience burn out, even though she is too Awesome!!).”

“We walked in without an apt and were taken back within 10 min. I was a bit nervous as it was my 9 month old getting the blood draw but the phlebotomist was very kind and efficient. My daughter didn’t even cry! We will be coming back for any future lab needs. Thank you!”
