Best store ever! They have everything! And the staff is outstanding. Riley assisted me with putting my plates on my car. He did everything. True Value in Palo Cedro make you feel like family & if you're lucky you may get to meet their kitties! Thanks TV!

Several employees hanging out, yet no one could be bothered to help. When I got to the register the cashier just starred at me and then asked me to go to the back of the store to get a price for something. I declined and left. This is why people got to Home Depot. I ended up getting everything at Home Depot and I have no plans to come back here.

Helpful folks but I cant even walk in the door without getting sick from the noxious odor so I no longer shop at that location. Smells like a burnt motor. Thier employees are going to all end up with cancer and work comp claims

I do my best to purchase what I can in Palo Cedro because I would rather give my money to a small business business VS a big box store. Unfortunately, it seems like every time I come into this store, unless it is the owner helping me, the cashiers are short, they give the impression I am a bother. I almost get the vibe that they would prefer I don't come in. Customers shouldn't feel this way when stepping into a store, especially right now when a lot of businesses are already struggling
