This location used to be the GEM of the labcorps. Clean, short walk in wait but now they are now APPT ONLY!
I tried calling and looking online for all the information before driving all the way up the hill and it doesn’t say this new change anywhere except for when you arrive they have a printout on the door. Ridiculously inconvenient especially for lab that requires stat turn around.

What a disaster!!! Elderly folks are being made to check in at a kiosk now with no help from the staff. These seniors have no clue about the technology needed to navigate the kiosk and some of them stand there for 15 minutes trying to figure it out. This place is understaffed and very poorly run. Get it together Labcorp!

This is BY FAR the best LabCorp in the area. I don't live very close but the speed of availability and level of care at this location makes the drive worth it. The location and parking is very nice as well- lots of good places to eat after fasting for a test :)

Absolutely awful company. They cancelled my morning appointment the night prior, and since then I have been receiving constant notices to pay a bill for a visit I never attended because it was cancelled by Labcorp. All notices say Labcorp billed my insurance despite never performing any service(s). Incompetent and inconsiderate. Will never go to Labcorp and will dissuade anyone who is ever considering going there.

Complete incompetence. They cancelled my appointment the night before and have been sending me bills ever since for an appointment they cancelled and lab tests that were never given. How could they charge for tests that were never done and how often is this happening to others? I called Labcorp but the representative just read off a script so I asked for someone to call me about it but they never did. I wonder how much money Labcorp is making from lab tests that were never given?

A waste of time due to the office being frequently close during online posted hours. Don't find out until you get to the office.

Jasmine & Marcie were both terrific!! I have a phobia of having my blood drawn, but they were both very considerate + kind + gentle + helpful. Jasmine especially went above & beyond to ensure I was comfortable. The facility is also immaculate and very well maintained. It was the best possible experience all around!

I had been a faithful fan of Quest Diagnostics, in Rolling Hills Estates, until my last visit there, which was horrible. This LabCorp was wonderful, and the people there were very nice. I had to call my physician to have the lab order faxed in, but they waited and then saw me quickly after it arrived. This is my new go-to for all lab work. Really nice folks, good service, and easy to make an appointment.

They changed their hrs to 5pm close. Had a paper sign posted on door. Didn't update online or their phone system prompt. Wasted my time for no good reason.
