Today my wife went to this branch to find a package she had dropped off five days ago, but the package is still not in the system. The postal service employee said the package had never arrived there. The employee was also very rude and indifferent, making no effort to help resolve the issue - she simply, like a robot, kept repeating the same phrase: “The package never arrived here.” When my wife asked if there was a security camera and whether it was possible to somehow verify that she had dropped off the package, she received a short and rude reply: “No!”
I'm very disappointed with this office, as well as with the behavior of some staff.

Patricia is the best. I had a rather large package (that was actually 2 packages). She helped me condense it and tape
It up

Although it's a relatively quiet post office, the attendants aren't particularly helpful, very tunnel vision. Also, on numerous occasions incoming mail for the holidays from my family that has contained gift cards has mysteriously disappeared. Delays with outgoing mail is also an issue. Example, I recently sent out a card which was scheduled to arrive in 3 days per USPS receipt, but didn't arrive until 1.5 weeks later. Would not recommend.

I was scared reading all these bad reviews but all I encountered today was pretty much an empty line with courteous service from lady clerk number 7. She was very nice not only to me but to every single person in the line after me and I could tell they were also regulars. I got everything done quick and with dignified attention.

Multiple mail items lost. Despite tracking and Priority Mail or any other service. If you have anything important to mail, don’t use the USPS.

I came to this location after being disappointed by Inglewood and Hawthorne’s location. I have been trying to get my passport application turned in but both Inglewood and Hawthorne refused to see me even after I had appointments. My last option was to come here as a walk in. They offer walk in passport appointments from 9-2pm. I got here at 9:30am and was helped in 15 minutes. Everything went smooth thanks to Gary! Now I am at peace knowing my passport will get here in time for my brothers wedding.

Rude staff and racist. They look at you as if you're worthless. They had a bad attitude. They didn't even want to help out. Never going back

Not all thier fault.... RPV, CA 90275 - Worst USPS Loccation for service I've ever had to deal with.
Why? Absolutely short staffed...
About half of what this location should have for proper staffing and total customer satisfaction..
Switching all Priority and Priority Express to UPS OR FEDEX..

Unprofessional, unhelpful staff. No seal, not enough packaging, huge line, 1.5 window opened

One of the USPS representatives did not return change to my 92-year-old mother when she purchased postage for a small package. The total cost was less than $10 dollars and the postage was $8-something dollars, but USPS Rep did not give her change, the rep acted like my mother was not due any change.
Look, my mother at 92 years is more competent than most 80-year-olds AND still drives a car. The USPS Rep was taking advantage of an elderly person, flat out. My mother tried calling this USPS location but no one EVER picks-up the phone; you can't reach a supervisor, no one!
I want a call-back but who do you tell? I live in Colorado, so going to the post office is out of the question. The United States Postal Inspection Service (USPIS) needs to look into this office.

They have 2 self service machines. So I can’t speak for the service but glad they have 2 machines to help get things along.

Try to avoid if u need to get in line. 3 of us in line, grew to 10 and 2 tellers handling passports. 1 switched to passports and no one handling mail. ?? Stood there for 20 min. Serving the community is poor at best and dread having to come here. Poor resource management.
