Got out of work at 2am and wanted a drink since I was thirsty. I checked online and it said 24/7 but when I got there the doors were chained closed from the inside and the guys said they were closed. Is 7-11 no longer 24 hours?

Most are ok, sometimes friendly staff but one off Eastern Ave in Commerce refuses to let customers use their restrooms which is unacceptable when they have so much business. Maybe that needs to change for better treatment of customers.
