Always a long wait. One to two counter people very slow. Sad because it's a well stocked store. Add people to your counter and do your phone sales in the back. Never have a problem at any other Furgusons including plumbing?

I called this morning to place an order for a ERV and initially spoke with Miguel who didn't know what it was, told me he would get a price and email me or call which never happened- he really seemed like he wanted to get me off the phone. Two hours later I called back and spoke with Alex which promised the same exact thing and never called or email. I called a third time and spoke with Ivan who told me Miguel was still working on getting a price and would call me today to get me a price. Ridiculous service- A five minute phone call to the manufacturer for pricing and delivery would satisfy my inquiry but you guy just refused to do that. I simple call back today with an update if you were so busy would also be acceptable. What's wrong with you guys?? I insist you take another look at our companies account and reconsider your lack of care.
