So this is the worst service provider I have ever experienced in my life, for many reasons related to service, customer support, hidden billing after cancellation and so on and so forth. They will never give you break even after you paid off every single bill they will ask at the cancellation date, stay away from this company for your own good.
For this special location, I paid my last payment at this store and after 8 months they started asking for another payment.

Vida and Eric are superb and patient, I came in with a billing issue for Directv. Helped me reset my passcode and pay my bill. Showed me everything Att has to offer and I made the switch for a better way price

Uh, to be honest, don't know why are the views so high, cause the staff is quite unprofessional, they literally will make you wait for 30 minutes ( and I was buying an Iphone 16 pro too ) and when I was calling for my trade-in, it took like 41 minutes to not even get an answer. Kept trying to sell me stuff!!

Awful Experience – Completely Unprofessional
This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at an AT&T store. I went in on Wednesday at 1:40Pm to pick up a phone, only to be told that my order had been canceled by the store. The manager assured me that he would redo my application and that I would be able to get my phone the same day. He also insisted on ordering Wi-Fi and changing my plan, which took additional time. After all that, they told me to come back later, making me two hours late to work because I left at 3:25 PM.
When I returned later that same day at 7:00Pm , they informed me that the phone still wasn’t ready and told me to come back tomorrow. So, on Thursday, I came back again at 1:00 PM and waited for four hours while they kept reassuring me that I’d get my phone that day and that I wouldn’t have to pay anything. After all that waiting, they sent out a new employee who suddenly told me that I would have to pay $600 if I wanted the IPhone and I told him yes because I had waited so long already but then he stated that they no longer had the phone because they had already sold it to someone else at 2 PM—even though they let me sit there for two more hours after they had already sold the phone acting like they still had it.
This was the most unprofessional and disrespectful experience I’ve ever had. The employees literally stared at me for hours, knowing they had already sold the phone I was waiting for. Even after I repeatedly asked about the status and how much longer it would take, they just kept leading me on instead of being honest. When I asked one employee for the manager he stated that. He has more important things to do . I will be contacting my lawyer to file a lawsuit against this establishment. I highly recommend that you go anywhere else for your phone needs—this place is a complete waste of time and completely unprofessional.

Ana was a 10/10. I was very satisfied with her assistance—she was nice, polite, and had a positive attitude.
However, I’d like to mention a few things I didn’t like. I didn’t enjoy waiting for so long; I believe we waited for around an hour just for a back camera protector. When we first walked in, there were only two men helping customers. Eventually, Ana came out, but she was assisting the lady who arrived before us. During that time, I saw around three to four other employees going in and out of the employee room, yet there was only one person actively working after the two men left.
At one point, I went up to an employee and asked if they could send someone else out or at least give us an estimate of how much longer we’d have to wait. Her attitude wasn’t great—she simply said, “There’s no one else available,” and sounded annoyed. At that point, I was ready to leave because we had already been waiting for so long without any time estimate.
Just as we were about to walk out, Ana came out to assist us, which I’m glad about because at least we didn’t end up waiting for nothing. However, the overall experience was seriously unprofessional, and I noticed several other customers walking out after waiting too long to be assisted.

I was in ATT yesterday on Roscoe in Panorama City needing WiFi for my new apartment. I had already tried at least 3 other places in Panorama City that for one reason or another could not supply WiFi for my address. I went in ATT and Diego one of the Customer service helped me. He got me All set up for WiFi in like 15 minutes! I was very pleased with my service. Thanks Diego for all your help and hard work.

I traded 2 iPhones for 2 new iPhones and was promised an exact amount of credit, but it would have to be adjusted later. I said OK but now I been chasing an employee that is consistently not in work there to give me the credit back for two months now. don’t do trade-ins here.

Nice people in the store but not enough, it was over an hour wait to speak to someone.
My phone met all the eligibility to unlock, I called ATT support who gave me a different number to call, spent over an hour on the phone total and was told to go in person.
I go in person, am told they can’t do it, and get sent to this store.
Honestly felt bad for the rep, he showed me what he sees on his end and indicated it’s a 15 year old software. Surprise, he can’t do it.
You would think that ATT, being 4x as expensive as Mint Mobile, would at least have working customer service and backend systems.
