-I had a very uncomfortable moment with the banker Karla Trujillo on January 5, 2024. She was too cautious and arrogant with me without needing to. Basically, she was racially profiling me for simply having a preference when speaking Spanish. The fact that I am a Spanish speaker does not have the right to treat me in such a way, much less discriminate against me. You should be more aware of what you do and serve more kindly, and as in any other situation, limit yourself in what you do to do a better job.I hope you take my comment seriously.Atte: Ronald Morales Ramirez- I had a very uncomfortable moment with the banker Karla. Come on, what is up with the lines! Why are the tellers so slow at this location??? So many windows are at this location and only 2 or 1 tellers. That’s ridiculous, multiple occasions the line reaches all the way to the outside of the building, not even exaggerating! This needs to get fixed, and to whoever is in charge of writing back to the reviewers that comment you send out to everyone is the same comment I bet you don’t even read what the issues are.

Be patient at this location on a weekend ,Saturday, this place has one teller open for 20people in line n the manager Mrs. Maritza shes super RUDE! Sarcastic n very unpleasant. The tellers are very sweet, hard working. I gave it a one star for the Friendly tellers. Thank you.

Ridiculously long line. Tellers here are slow. Must have ridden the small bus to school. Be prepared to wait up to an hour. Completely unacceptable.

This is the busiest BoA branch that I have seen by far. Maybe it be the ATM or banking inside. They should do something about it especially the line inside that it even reach the main door or outside. The banking people who I have seen over the years are respectful, gets the job done and accommodating. They are knowledgeable of the products they are offering as well.

This location has a very long line. There is currently only ONE (1) teller working!! And the line is wrapped outside around the building.
