“I went in with anxiety expecting the worst after reading these reviews. My Experience was Not anything like the other reviews. Johnathan was awesome and very patient getting my service request submitted and approved quickly. Daniel the Pep Boys tech was also amazing doing all he could to get me serviced and back on the road asap. Y'all need to remember that in customer service we have a job to do too and sometimes we have to match your energy in order to get the job done right. Come in humble and ready to work with them and not cause issues and I'm sure your experience will be the same.Be Blessed”
“I write few reviews. But Paul Francisco who attended to me definitely deserves this review. I booked online. When I arrived my rental was ready and the paperwork was minimal. He is very professional with a quick smile. The rentals are new. I had a 2024 Toyota Corolla LE. The return was even easier. Excellent service. The rental was washed with a full tank of gas. I hope you consider this car rental for your future needs. Better than the bigger companies. Ask for Paul. You won’t be disappointed.”

“I cannot say enough good words about my experience with this Enterprise location. This was my first time flying into Burbank Airport, and Mari Silva made it such a smooth, positive experience for me. My young daughter was with me, and Mari was so kind to her and made us both feel like she genuinely cared about our comfort with the vehicle we drove. When returning my car, she recognized us and came up to ask if everything went well for us. Mari really made us feel welcome. Also, when we returned our car, Al Ayson was wonderful as well. He was so nice and pleasant. I was quite stressed coming in after being stuck in traffic, running late, and not having time to fill up the gas tank. He was so great and calm and helped us check in quickly, got my gas figured out quickly and fairly, and truly made our experience great. I can't say enough how much I appreciate your team there. They are the best I've ever worked with, and I will try to fly into Burbank as much as possible to be able to work with this team again.”

“We choose this location since it was over a 50% discount compared to an Airport rental. We arrived and the staff was quick and friendly.Shout out to Jordan you got us in the car. He walked out to our vehicle, inspected the vehicle with us, showed all the safety features and explained the check out and check in process (we were planning on an after-hours drop-off).Shakeh assisted us with check-in (turns out we didn’t do after hour drop off) and was very quick and helpful.If I find myself back in the area I will 100% rent from here again.”

“I had a great experience at this location. I rent at enterprise monthly for work. I was greeted courteously and warmly by the front desk staff. I was promptly given options to choose from for the car selection I requested. The staff took the time to communicate with me and make me feel welcomed. They took down information on any thing I noted in the car and made sure to do so and even advised me when I was in a hurry upon returning the vehicle to return the rental to refill the gas or I would be charged for it. They made very effort to provide a helpful and well informed experience. I didn't get everyone's name, but each person who helped me out did an amazing job, from the gentleman at the front desk to the lady who helped me select a car and the second young Lady who finished my rental return. I received my deposit back with an amazingly quick turn around. I will be recommending this location as well as choosing it in the future.”

Once the parts were in Arthur fixed my car that same day and I was so happy to see how great it looked. He goes above and beyond to leave your car perfect. He even cleaned my headlights. Great place”

“Jonathan is the GOAT when it comes to car rentals. My LA trip was so smooth and all thanks to his help. The car we got was a Jeep that was everything we could have dream of to make this trip memorable. Pick-up and hand-off can be usually stressful but none of that here, Jonathan made it all a breeze. “Rented a car for a few days here and the customer rep was great. He helped us with a light issue/setting in the car we could not figure out. Car was clean and in good working condition.I'd prefer more efficient vehicles to choose from as the EV network is very good in LA and gas is very expensive in southern california.Overall this was a good experience and I will continue to rent from this location, especially if they can get some EV or hybrid vehicles”
“Avon is the best. I was moving from Los Angeles to Pismo Beach and over a month period abs ended up renting 4 different vehicles. All were clean well maintained and new. My wife is a safety freak and she felt in safe hands at avon. Miguel who checked us in twice was an awesome help. Looking forward to renting again.”
“Bought my RAV4 here. Alex took great of me. I got the quote from him through internet pricing and it was $2K more discount than CA Toyota. That save me the time haggling. Be sure you know what you want in your vehicle and ask question. When you see the finance don't buy any extras they try to offer you unless you like to throw away your money.”
“National is the rental agency I will go to and will not try other agencies- as long as my workplace allows it. I've rented cars with various agencies throughout the past few years for Business purposes and National never fails. Great car options, customer service, and fast-quality service. Al Ayson, Customer Experience Representative, is great. He recognizes me when I pick up or drop off a rental. Great experience and definitely always return.”
