Well.
I must say. I usually don't have this kind of customer service at banks. So I must be in another zone cause I did not know it was this hard to open app my account. I went into this branch this morning. And the gentleman asked me if I'd like to come back another day to open my account. I said no. I'd like to open my account today. Unfortunately, they have to take a lunch break. And they have appointments later, so you can't walk into a branch and open app an account. And this goes for Wells Fargo says well and Bank of America, which makes you really not want to bank with these people, because if you can't even provide us with customer service to open the account when you're providing them with with money for their account, imagine how it's gonna be when. You're there for something that you actually need. Because there's something going on with your account. God forbid that there's a problem. How many days will we have to wait then? I'm in shock I've worked for nonprofits. I've worked for so many companies and let me tell you. There's been so many days where I haven't taken a lunch break so that I can help somebody so I can get their issues resolved before the end of the day so I must say. I'm, I'm in shock that customer service is so bad at banks. I went to the bank in Mission Hills and I think they were the one that just had a waiting line that was a little bit long, so I ended up going to another branch where there was no waiting line but he had to go to lunch and he only had another person there with him so unfortunately. I wasn't able to be attended today.So I left and I went to wells fargo and then the Representative at wells fargo said to me That unfortunately, she had to take a lunch and she had somebody had an appointment which is understandable. But you would think that after me waiting for an hour. In line that I would be able to be seen. Not my, my appointment was not scheduled. So if the person that had an appointment canceled, then I would be able to be seen, it's not. I could be there all day and still not be since I don't know guys, but maybe I should open app a bank because this is crazy to me that nobody wants to help people open app an account. Well I hope you guys have an amazing day and I will be updating you guys on other places that I go to and see how the services today because i'm getting tired of being treated like this in our neighborhood

The worst bank for companies that are growing do not help you and you keep checks for 15 days and if the person checks do not answer spam number it is a roulette wheel never to finish and they tie your hands.

I went to try to open an account, spoke to a representative and politely asked if I needed an appointment to open a bank account and the only thing he told me was to open the bank account at another bank and that they didn't have any appointments today or in 2 months. In other words, never.

This is the second time that the man who is in the parking lot treats us very badly, aggressive and despotic. Every time we go, my wife goes to the run and I go to the bank and this man, without knowing what he is going to do, begins to threaten him with a fine. If you don't go to the bank one, this day happened to us and I know it has happened to many other people, change that man, we went to the bank and the manager did not assist us to file a complaint, it is a terrible service from this branch in Panorama City We are customers and we deserve respect. I do not recommend going to this branch if you do not want to have a bad time, very bad service, you should pay attention to these facts, since we are the clients of those who live.

I stopped this Chase branch because my wife wanted me to exchange for Mexican Peso currency. She called the day before and they told her that they can do the money exchange on the same day, you'll just have to go to a teller window inside the bank. So I came today and was lucky to find parking because it can get packed so you have to park away from the bank destinated parking area. When I walked inside the bank, they were not busy at all. I was able to walk to the teller window and confirm that they can still do the money exchange. After she looked it up on the computer, she had to double check twice and asked another worker for help but the person wasn't that high. It was about 17 per US dollar. So my wife said no and she'll go somewhere else to exchange the money. I usually don't come to this Chase bank even though it's near my house because parking is bad and I don't feel safe in the area.

This bank gave me the worst experience I've EVER had at a bank in my entire life. I've been banking with Chase for 14 years and I never seen such horrible customer service to a disabled person such as myself. I go to the disabled line and they had me waiting forever and no chair for you to sit down while you wait like most branches. I ended up just leaving without being seen. I can't stand for too long without my back giving out on me. And this people at this branch did nothing to help me. There was several tellers that noticed me standing there but they just kept doing what they were doing. I was told that I would be helped if I stood there and noone ever came. This happened to me twice at this same branch. It's ridiculous and shameful.

Iam very disappointed with the way I was treated by Walter Avila. I expect better customer service from a bank as large and well-established as Chase. I would not recommend this banker to anyone.
