The store manager Ramon is VERY POLITE, i know its a part of our life to be polite but i was amazed with his professionalism and confidence when talking to the costumer, SPECIALLY OVER THE PHONE in a time where people get mad and start being rude for no reason, my review for Ramon Store Manager is 1000/05.

They aren’t accepting donations currently

Goodwill needs to fire the employee there who is taking all the good stuff from the bins and only leaving the garbage, this is unfair, these are donated clothes, everyone should get a chance to find good stuff, now is impossible because the manager grabs all the good stuff before the bins get out

This has got to be theworst place to shop,I walked in my first time and wasn't aware of no touching carts along the wall, and was yelled at like a child 2 times and the second time another lady looked in the same cart yet I was the one that got yelled at not her so i told them i was sorry but that thewhole interaction has thrown me off my shopping vibe and walked away and they said well maybe you dont belong me, ouch burn that i dont belong at a per lb second hamd store obviously I don't if people can't even act like grow. Adults, likeseriously people it's just second hand clothes.
. Overall after that interaction threw me off from the wholes shopping honestly the wibes are like dogs that have never been fed they run when a new tray runs out and there're no signs in the front saying don't touch carts on the side, overall single handedly the worst shopping experience I've had.

If I was able to give it 0 stars I would but I can't bc it isn't available. The resellers stay here for HOURS and some even wait until it opens. There isn't any good stuff bc they took everything already and from what I've seen ppl say is that someone sorts stuff out before taking it out to everyone. It used to be fair for anyone who would walk in but now you have to fight resellers and workers for used clothes. I prefer going to thrifts with racks now because atleast it's fair for who goes through the clothes and is already sorted by color and gender. I used to go here a lot as a little kid to be able to afford clothes sometimes, and compared from that time to now, it is so horrible. If you go, I recommend bringing a friend, or multiple, so that you guys have a higher chance of finding more things since the resellers have a group of people that make it harder for you to find things since their way of making a living is selling clothes online since they don't have an actual job. Place used to be so chill now it's chaotic and crowded most of the time.

What’s happening here is not fair. Ramon is sorting through the donations and keeping all the good stuff while only bringing out junk. It used to be that resellers and other buyers would all get an equal chance at the good stuff.
Whoever Ramon’s manager is you need to be aware of what’s going on at this location. I know he’s being bribed to take the good items because the every day bins and auction items both are filled with trash. And I feel that this is a rip off.
It’s one thing to be a reseller but as a manager to profit off of items that don’t even belong to him is fraudulent and unethical.
He dicho.

I’m a reseller and have been going here for the last three years. I used to love it because everyone reseller or not used to have an equal chance to grab quality items. But Ramon the manager or another employee is now sorting through the donated items before giving the bins to us. Multiple resellers including I have complained that they are basically giving out trash now. I believe that he’s being paid to distribute the good items to someone, which defeats the whole purpose thrifting.
I’ve seen some comments that the auction is what caused the lower quality bins to be given out, but I’ve been here since the start. They used to be a good deal but even that is filled with trash.
The one on San Fernando is aggressive as hell, but I recommended that one instead of wasting your time here. At least at that place everyone is equal.

Very bad place, they only take out old clothes. I bought a bag of pants for 20 dollars thinking it would be a good buy and there were only torn and dirty pants.

Manager in this goodwill outlet is very unprofessional and disrespectful dealing with customers, he will humiliate customer in front of everyone in the store (with his very loud voice and almost shouting) telling you to leave the bin or the store without explaining what they did. Without a doubt, there are numerous approachable ways to inform them that their actions were wrong. One more thing, they’re auctioning almost everything at a very higher price that no one can’t afford, most of the people who go there are trying to make a living but everything is sorted and you can’t find anything valuable anymore.
