terrible place, no one helps, no ones does anything. you guy are better off going to the metro on Valerio and Van Nuys they help and ask you everything, they don’t tell you to do stuff on your own without asking u if you need help. if i could put 0 i would. 👎

PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS METRO THEY ARE AN AUTHORIZED DEALER AND THEY WILL SCAM YOU THE WOMAN THAT HELPED ME ADDED AN INSURANCE THAT I DID NOT AUTHORIZE AND THE PAYMENT WAS NON REFUNDABLE I ASKED HER A SPECIFIC PRICE AND SHE TOLD ME RIGHT AS I WAS ABOUT TO PAY THAT IT WAS $25 MORE THAN WHAT I ASKED FOR SHE TOLD ME “It’s automatically added but you can call to remove it so they won’t charge you next month” when I called customer service they told me this was not true and they do this often at authorized dealers just to get a sale. Worst experience with a company and my number still has not ported meaning she made a mistake in processing my activation so I still have mixed service please avoid this store at all costs.

My brother walked in to get an upgrade they charged him over $170 for a tcl ion that goes like $80. Well the employee gave him 2 tcl tab 8 and gave him 2 seperate receipts. Make it make sense. Which he never asked for the tablets to be added to the account. Still at the store he wants refund. The other employee said can't refund you I don't have code and didn't do the transaction. This is a whole total scam. They just add stuff to try to get and extra two bucks or so in commission. Very unprofessional and unacceptable. They could have giving him a moto g 5g for the same price with case and a screen protector. But they want to scam people. We contact the district manager and rdm. Unhappy with this service don't recommend. So please pay attention to what they are doing to your account.

Not happy about what I got for my prepaid sim and data load. Verrry expensive! Specially for tourists. Better find it somewhere else.
I also get so many spam calls! 😠

They charged me for phone and service and didn't send me a purchase confirmation number and tracking number as well . When I tried to contact with the agents , they hung up phone on me . So, they changed me and didn't send me a phone and sim card . I became sure that they are scammers! Be careful everyone before put your information in this site !!

I had a problem with my phone the cellular network was no longer available. I call METROPCS customer service that couldn't help me and asked me to go to the store. When I got to the store they called customer service that couldn't help me in the first place. Of course I got the run around and on one can solve my problem. There were fraudulent charges on my account and all they could tell me is pay the amount. NO IT"S FRAUD...Anyway I would not tell anyone that I like to use metroPCS their security system are so secure even you cannot get into your account...What a bunch of idot's... My suggestion is go else where because of them I might loose my business number of 30+ years...Also waited on the phone over an hour for one for their supervisor to come on the line. No solution in site. OH if you forget your PIN or question it's over. no one can help...REALLY. Hackers can access my account but MetroPCS customer service can't. What a joke.
