They charged me for phone and service and didn't send me a purchase confirmation number and tracking number as well . When I tried to contact with the agents , they hung up phone on me . So, they changed me and didn't send me a phone and sim card . I became sure that they are scammers! Be careful everyone before put your information in this site !!

I had a problem with my phone the cellular network was no longer available. I call METROPCS customer service that couldn't help me and asked me to go to the store. When I got to the store they called customer service that couldn't help me in the first place. Of course I got the run around and on one can solve my problem. There were fraudulent charges on my account and all they could tell me is pay the amount. NO IT"S FRAUD...Anyway I would not tell anyone that I like to use metroPCS their security system are so secure even you cannot get into your account...What a bunch of idot's... My suggestion is go else where because of them I might loose my business number of 30+ years...Also waited on the phone over an hour for one for their supervisor to come on the line. No solution in site. OH if you forget your PIN or question it's over. no one can help...REALLY. Hackers can access my account but MetroPCS customer service can't. What a joke.

I was first squinted with Alfonso over the phone after I called the corporate location in panorama because the employee working at the location thats 2 min from me was worthless. I called over to the corporate office and Alfonso answered the phone. He listened to my situation and had a solution for everything that was going wrong and told me to come in to his branch and he would take care of what I was told was the impossible. Himself and his manager were very kind and helpful, also extremely accommodating. He followed through with what he told me over the phone and made sure I left with what I came for. Thank you for taking customer service literally and taking that extra time to satisfy customers. If you are anywhere near Los Angeles and you need a metro store, it's worth your travels to make it over to the panorama city location corporate office.

Went in today for an upgrade! There are a ton of reviews on here with one star which I do not seem to fully understand. I walked in atmosphere felt welcoming, and Adriana who helped me with my upgrade was super friendly, willing to help & answer all of my questions! Please go to Adriana if you do not want a one star experience.

Probably the most useless branch t-mobile has. Staff are rude, very condescending, and they play the music loudly enough to not hear them properly. They never fixed any issue I had with my service and always had to go to other branches to sort stuff out. My last experience was with a staff member who couldn't leave his seat to ask his co-workers with help with my problem, forced me to buy a new sim (that didnt work) and ended up sending me away. The issue was solved in less than 5 mins when i called t-mobile. So it was basically the incompetence of that employee.
