MTM has always provided good customer service. A lady at this MTM was especially helpful. She took the time to assist me throughout the process of getting a new order of service. She is a real asset to Metro by T-Mobile. I would recommend Metro by T-Mobile to my family and friends.

One of the worst experiencesAdd two lines to the plan you already hadWhen it came time to charge me, they added charges for things that I did not ask for, much less they gave me.I went back to the store to try to talk to the manager so he could explain to me why the charges for those things were charged and he sent me to say that he didn't have time to serve me... and those at the counter told me that the charges are already included when one makes a new contract thieves

I was assisted by Kenny a very knowledgeable and nice associate. He not only fix the problem but, he explained to me what he did and what was the issue. Something that nobody had been able to fix at the same store when it was corporate store.Thanks a bunch Kenny.

Just another establishment in the Valley where all the employees are Hispanic NO DIVERSITY AT ALL. You walk in and everyone is communicating in Spanish the music that's being played is music in Spanish and they prioritize and provide better quality customer service to other Hispanic employees As soon as I walked in I felt very unwelcomed as a non Hispanic person Shame on you Metro by T-Mobile for allowing this in your stores

THE absolute STUPIDEST television commercials in the history of broadcasting! WTF?! How does a company as big as T Mobile have such an abhorrent marketing department that would approve such a d**** lazy, unbelievably, STUPID commercial?!I would never choose them as my cell carrier based on their terrible commercials alone. Just pathetic.

They charged me for phone and service and didn't send me a purchase confirmation number and tracking number as well . When I tried to contact with the agents , they hung up phone on me . So, they changed me and didn't send me a phone and sim card . I became sure that they are scammers! Be careful everyone before put your information in this site !!

??? I needed to add another line to my phone plan so I called the day before and talked to Karen, one of the associates. She was extremely helpful and took her time talking slow enough for me to write all my free phone model options down so my daughter could review them to pick one out before going. When I arrived I asked for Karen so she could get recognized for her excellent assistance and have the opportunity to to thank her directly. ?

I had a problem with my phone the cellular network was no longer available. I call METROPCS customer service that couldn't help me and asked me to go to the store. When I got to the store they called customer service that couldn't help me in the first place. Of course I got the run around and on one can solve my problem. There were fraudulent charges on my account and all they could tell me is pay the amount. NO IT"S FRAUD...Anyway I would not tell anyone that I like to use metroPCS their security system are so secure even you cannot get into your account...What a bunch of idot's... My suggestion is go else where because of them I might loose my business number of 30+ years...Also waited on the phone over an hour for one for their supervisor to come on the line. No solution in site. OH if you forget your PIN or question it's over. no one can help...REALLY. Hackers can access my account but MetroPCS customer service can't. What a joke.

Good shop to buy cell phones great prepaid monthly unlimited service for $60 a month. Free Samsung 9 " tablets just pay $15 a month for mobile service on the tablet . I got two this day for just the cost of $15 per month for mobile service. This is the Corporate Store in Van Nuys CA. Open 10am to 7 pm

This is the location to visit if you need anything accomplished with metro. Fonso and his team went the extra mile to solve my current crisis and honestly I would have this phone carrier if it wasn't for their help patience and attention. Thank you guys.

I was first squinted with Alfonso over the phone after I called the corporate location in panorama because the employee working at the location thats 2 min from me was worthless. I called over to the corporate office and Alfonso answered the phone. He listened to my situation and had a solution for everything that was going wrong and told me to come in to his branch and he would take care of what I was told was the impossible. Himself and his manager were very kind and helpful, also extremely accommodating. He followed through with what he told me over the phone and made sure I left with what I came for. Thank you for taking customer service literally and taking that extra time to satisfy customers. If you are anywhere near Los Angeles and you need a metro store, it's worth your travels to make it over to the panorama city location corporate office.

We received very poorly service. 2 years and a week ago we went to Metro for the first time in back then the customer service was excellent today we receive a very party service and I think there's someone in management should make me kind of retrain the personal and so that we can stay with you guys and I look service somewhere out there thanks
