Went to this location earlier today to check if they could help with replacing my headlight & tail light on the passenger side. Mya helped me initially and was great. She was helpful, honest and professional. She let me know I would have to seek additional help with the head light because it required extra equipment to reach, but she was nice enough to clean my headlights and check the tail ones for me. Getting it off was a little tricky so Javier came in to help us out. He was just as great! Javier got the last screw out for us and helped to finish the job in a matter of minutes. The staff here is very knowledgeable, fair and eager to assist however they can especially Mya & Javier! Thanks to them my light is fixed and I have a sense of relief while driving. Thank you both, & thanks O’Reilys!

Late last night (10/3/'23) my car battery died (b'cuz it was old and i needed to replace it). I got a jump and called this O'Reilly's store to see if they had the battery to fit my car in stock and if they'd stay open as I was on my way. Luckily I made it 5 min before they closed (10 pm). And Maya was there to help me! She was so nice and very informative. She rang me up and changed my battery for me! I know employees hate when you get that last customer in right before closing, but Maya never made me feel like I was inconvenience at all! She was so helpful. I highly recommend this store and DEF go see Maya!!

Great experience with this O'Reilly store. 3x In a span of two years I bought parts from Autozone Nordhoff, 3x have the wrong one. O'Reilly got the correct part each time. Don't waste your time at Autozone, go to O'Reilly.

Ladies at the counter were very helpful. I had called in to make sure my part was in stock and the girl was friendly over the phone. Walked in, got my part, walked out and I was satisfied. Thank you O'Reilly for hiring great & knowledgeable employees at the counter!!

I came in for a battery and Manuel (Manny) helped me out! He was very helpful and answer my question if they help with installation. He said yes. He recommended a battery that i needed and would benefit me more. Im have no knowledge on car mechanics but Manuel really helped me out, he even showed me how to do it that way in the future i can do it myself. He got a customer phone call and was very polite to let me know he would be right with me and he even apologized cause he helped another guest and i said no worries. He was very quick and helpful. Thank you Manuel for this experience. I was in and out in less than 10 Minutes. I would be coming to this location more often with any car needs i need!

Manuel was very unprofessional, sarcastic, and petulant. I came to their location to return an uninstalled item and he refused to help because, in his own perception, the item had been installed. I explained to him the item was given to me by them for the wrong car and it didn't even fit. The box had to be opened, otherwise how would you know it fits. Nevertheless, he was arrogant and said "no way I am taking this, DUDE". I asked for the store manager and he said " you're looking at him" with a very shaky and insecure tone. I knew he was having a power trip and just waited for the next associate to help me. After 10 minutes, Mayra very kindly said she could help me, reviewed the item, and helped me in less than a minute with a nice smile. Before leaving the store I learned the name of the manager is Josue and NOT Manuel, as he stated he was. I'm not sure for how long Manuel has been in retail, but surely he needs some people's skills.
