Closed an account there. Tellers don't know what they are doing and charged my card for the fee then said are you sure you want to close the account like you can just use an active credit card to waive the service fee.

This bank is absolutely the best bank that I have been to! There is a banker by the name of Kevin Ansari and he was absolutely the best banker I have met thus far In my life. He take his time with me, he explained everything I need to know to obtain my business information and get started. I don't think I will EVER go anywhere else! He is an asset to the company, he just don't know how much his presence is. Thank You Kevin Your The Best !

It is been a while since I opened my account at this bank. So I stopped by to revisit my original purpose. Mr Kevin is the one who helped me. I told him what I came for and he gave me options. From opening a credit card with no interest for 16-18 months to applying a personal loan for debt consolidation. We weighed the pros and cons, and he helped me to decide what to apply for. I applied for the personal loan. What I liked about it is the locked in rate for a certain period of time. Unlike credit cards that have high interest rates and going up depends on the market. And thank God I got approved for a certain amount but not the amount that I wanted. Well, it is better than nothing. I didn't want to carry a big check so he deposited it in my account. He wanted to help me out with Bill Pay but I declined. I told him I'll figure it out. So that's how I did. Used online banking (hassle free) to pay my credit card debt. It is safer instead of withdrawing a big amount of money and carrying it with me.

On two different occasions, two different employees gave me 100% incorrect information about a banking procedure. Last week I was in line to see a teller. When I got to the window, I told her I wanted to withdraw cash from my checking account. Instead of helping me, she directed me to an ATM. As a result, I ended up withdrawing money from the wrong account. I did not wait in line to use an ATM! I am a former Union Bank customer so I know good customer service. You will not find it at this branch.

I oversee my mother's financial investments and current standings. Her previous bank was recently bought out by US Bank and now my 88 year old mother feels that she needs to relearn everything. From new accounts all the way down to the new physical location. Although the distance between her old bank and the new is merely a quarter of a block away, just being at a new location can become tricky for her. We came to visit for the very first time. Was greeted by Mari. Mari was very nice and asked about our visit. After mentioning that we were part of the merger she quickly helped out with all of our questions. Mari was awesome in assisting my mother and I. My mother was also gifted a small US Bank swag bag that she enjoyed. There are still more things that need to be done on our end with the migration but for now, I think we are all well taken care of. Parking: private paid lot with ticket validation VERDICT: Rinse and repeat

Wow where do I start so this bank is so fast to take your koney but when i ask to cash a check they told me they will put a order and today is Saturday 23rd of April. Told me it will be ready by Friday like why then she calls over the other lady as if I didn't understand so she repeated the same thing. The 1st cashier told me as if I was stupid

Honestly if I could give a bank negative stars o would. This branch alone makes me want to move to a different bank. My branch was the van nuys and victory and never had a problem. Once it was close I've been going to the one in Ventura and van nuys 110 percent better so if you want us bank but better service go to the one in Ventura and van nuys . there's always seem to not have few people working and the people that work there treat you like you are taking their money and you owe them. Bankers are extremely rude in over the phone. This brach doesn't care for customer service or maintaining your business .

I have been coming to this bank for about six months now since the Pandemic first began, and it wasn't until recent I met the new supervisor Jorge S. Amazing man and you can tell him and his team are there to make sure the guest is taken care of. It came to a surprise to me saying all of the negativity that's been posted on their yelp page. I am here to tell you the management and the team is AMAZING. 10/0 service! Great job Us Bank for hiring people who love their job and you can clearly tell :)

This location is the worse, i went here to open an account they a line and 2 tellers and a suit (manager i guess) and was told they had no time to help me, that's fine, I call the location on Ventura blvd, she told me to come over and they could help me, I love this location. Will never go to the Panorama location ever.

This is by far the worst bank I have ever been to. The bank had line running out the door, and there was only one employee available for counseling. This location is severely understaffed. If I could give it zero stars I would.

The manager there, Ripsime, is very rude and had a bad attitude. I usually go there to make a deposit for the business I work for and and the girls that help me are always very nice. Unfortunately today the manager helped me out and was about to have a breakdown because we took 10 dollars in quarters. First she wanted her employee to count it for her when the employee was obviously busy. Then she started giving me attitude. I let her know that if she does not want to count coins, MAYBE SHE SHOULDN'T BE WORKING AT A BANK. Worst attitude I'm ve encountered there, too bad because the rest of the girls are very nice.

If I could give this location zero stars it would be a more appropriate rating. I stood in line to open an account just to have the banker say they had no time for it. Cool, I'll take my money elsewhere. If you're sensitive about your money, don't go here. Take your services to other banks.
