Very bed customer service,wait too much nobody answered and they don't know what to say,bankers were more interested to take lunch more than an hour, I'm very disappointed never go this branch again

Might as well be ATM only service. They had nobody working the tables. And 2 tellers. Not sure why this location is so understaffed and the icing on the cake is they don't have any appointments available till march.

I have been waiting over an hour and there's over 20 people waiting as well. And your staff can't open a 2nd teller? This is ridiculous! You have 3 people conversating inside instead of helping customers. Then she's just walking aroung and still not opening her till. What exactly are they waiting for?

Horrible branch and we have lost our complete trust with this bank institution. I do not post reviews often but this needs to be called to attention so other customers would not fall into the same problem. My relative was a victim of theft within the premises of their ATM machines through trickery and stealing their ATM card. My relative explained what happened to one of the branch staff and she nonchalantly said that it happens to a lot of people, not just from their branch but to other offices too. If they were aware that this incident happens frequently on their branch, why didn't they setup anything to make their security stronger? Though at the same day, they helped my relative with disputing the unauthorized ATM transactions, but was told that my relative would have to call the claims department moving forward since they couldn't do anything in the branch anymore. Since this was a theft crime, my relative also filed a police report regarding this matter. My relative has been dealing with Wells Fargo's claims department and their line of business executive office since then. Not once they called my relative to get more information about what happened and continued to deny the dispute. My relative has been constantly calling at least once a week hoping to speak to an actual claims examiner and the executive office case specialist to discuss the case. Nope! No return calls at all even after getting their manager involved. My relative's money has not been returned and we don't even know if they will actually get their money back. VERY UPSET WITH WELLS FARGO AS A WHOLE. On this day and age, theft is everywhere, but at least go do your banking elsewhere with an institution that has stronger security and will take good care of you and ensure that your money is safe.

Terrible location. Wait time is too long. And teller take their own time with customers. I have been coming here for years and invariably have seen only 2 counters with tellers open regardless of how big the customer line is.

Thre is only 1 casher for this bank and there is a 16 people in line this is ridiculous you guys have to do something we don't have the whole time to be 45 minutes in line to do bank business .......

Terrible bank. Poor customer service. Long long long lines & a waste of time. Tried to cash a check but left this bank instead because I don't have all day to wait in line wasting my time because this bank is poorly run and badly managed.

Worst place ever atm had a glitch and it kept my deposit I need my hard earned money to pay rent and bills I’mBacked up now and they told me I have to wait 10 days for them to investigate worst bank ever regret banking with them so unprofessional I’m gonna close my account and bank with some else smh
