Who leaves reviews of a freaking gas station???. Well…I just have to. Whoever hires and trains the employees at this particular store does one hell of a job. EVERY time I walk in I’m greeted with a “welcome in”….but it doesn’t feel fake. They seem to genuinely care about how they treat you and how the store looks. I always walk out happier than I when I walked in. So compliments to the store manager , whoever you are. I hope others will show appreciation for you and your staffs efforts to give us an unexpected pleasurable experience at a freaking gas station. Some of us are paying attention. Thank you!! Keep it up!!

Finally, they have ice!!! Very simple, very small. Not a lot of choices, but they're still making their way back after the fire. Lower gas prices would be wonderful, lol

Thus Arco is immaculate. Inside and out. It has just about everything a person would need for a quick road trip as far as food and drinks. Not much else. It's new, I'm glad it's there.

Went in with my husband to get some snacks. Erin wouldn’t give him a beer because there were two of us together. Since I didn’t have my ID on me, she refused to sell it to him. When we walked to the door she said “maybe you should carry your ID with you all the time.” Last time I checked, I don't need an ID with me if I'm just heading from my house to the gas station. It’s weird because I’ve lived all over California and I’ve never seen a gas station card a whole group of people if only one person is getting a beer. I have also surprisingly never met a gas station worker as snarky and condescending her. We ended up going down to the FastTrip gas station and got the same beer for 30 cents cheaper. We just moved to Paradise so it was really weird and awkward. Especially since she was pretending to be nice, but had the snobbiest attitude the whole time. She didn't seem to like her job at all and it was noticeable. 11/18 at 2:30pm

They refused to sell me a tall can of beer because my wife was with me and didn't have ID, even though the beer was for me and I had ID ,the lady was very rude to us about it , I went down the street and got the same drink no problem I guess I won't be coming back here ,sad because the other workers seemed nice but shes the sour apple that ruined the bunch her name was erin, do with that what you will.

Always the best price for gas in Paradise, Chico, and the surrounding area. Usually 20 cents cheaper.Extremely well lit and maintained.Complimentary hand sanitizer is always full, window squeegees and fluid always full.This is the only place I take my fleet of vehicles, and my personal vehicle.
