“Chico does not have a good tow store. When I go to Ken's I am never disappointed!! His shop is full of any kind of towing part that you might need. I went in there on the off chance that he might have a wiring harness for a specific trailer brake switch, and HE HAD IT! I have also had him install a tow package into my BMW X5. He got it installed and did a great job!! It's completely worth the drive to paradise to shop at Ken's! Recommend 100%!!”

Tonight was no exception.. not only did he remember to double check if my previous headlights had a warranty and got me my $50+ back, he explained why spending more money on a certain brand would be a better idea considering the extended warranty and quality and how fast my previous bulbs were burning out (every 4-7months), THEN he helped me install them.
