I highly recommend them. In September of 2023 they fixed a dent on my Honda accord. It looked brand new when they finished. Paint matched up perfectly even when they said it may not match exactly (BUT IT DID MATCH PERFECTLY). Staff was excellent and what you want in a business. A female employee with pink nails was seen conducting herself in a poor manner at the Chico DMV. Her attitude towards staff and the security guard was less than what I’d expected from a professional company. I will no longer be referring or taking my vehicles to your business.

My Subaru was in a front-end collision when it had 898 miles on it! So upsetting. But everyone was OK so that is great. Chawne and the team at Paradise Collision Pros were EXTREMELY AWESOME. They came highly recommended, and now I know why. Chawne communicated with me on every aspect of the car's repair. There were a few part delays and sensor calibration issues which extended the return time, but that was bound to happen with Covid going on and fires all around the county. Still, Chawne communicated with me about the delays which made the waiting better. She also helped coordinate my car rental extensions as a result of the delays. Having a line of communication is such a huge stress relief for me. My insurance company kept trying to cut me out of the process, but Chawne kept me in the loop. When I got my car back after 45 days, it was all worth it. It looks great, runs great...it feels just like the brand new car that it was before the accident. I wanted to leave a review. Because, of how professional and caring shawney and her husband have been during this time. Covid has been one heck of a road block for my parts for my car. Shawnee has helped with my insurance company making sure my car goes back to mint condition. A deer hit us on skyway and our whole front end bumper came off. My car is as beautiful as the day I bought it. I want to say Thank you very much collusion repair for getting my car to me and handling everything personally! Highly recommended this shop for their quality of interpersonal communication and their craftsmanship.Services: Painting
