First time visiting paradise since the big fire, bad adventure I was hired by a friend to move some furniture up to one of their friends and when we went to drop off the U-Haul the parking lot is absolutely a death trap be very cautious when on this property just across from the front gate is their parking lot with only 2 spaces and a big cliff that is unmarked and horribly dark. We literally drove of into a ditch that was scary luckily we had a friend in a separate vehicle that was able to pull our van out and back up onto the road. Very scary and luckily none of us got injured or this place would be in big trouble!!!!

Great place to rent a U-Haul. Rick is responsive and quick, as long as you don't need anything printed out.

Clean and well maintained. Only issue are the gate hours: 8-5 M-Sat. Really makes it rough if you're working. Most places have a wider window for accessing your unit. Also, there isn't anyone onsite for an added layer of security. The manager, Rich, is a very nice and friendly fellow.

Pros: Good cheap storage units. I rent 3@150 a month. Cons: Two of the rented units have been broken into. One of the two repeatedly... these incidently after closing hours, after gates had been locked. Now I have hidden cams to monitor my units alone.
