I was looking for a place that provides tank dump service for non-residents. I called Pine Ridge and was lucky to get Crystal who said I was welcome eventhough I was not a resident of the park. Very accommodating!

This place is great awesome little spot at the top of the ridge and the customer service was great the lady who helped me was totally friendly and very helpful I will be going back

Great staff, clean facility, friendly and accommodating. Not far from Oroville lake or the stores in Paradise.
