I had a wonderful experience with this bank helping me with my mother’s banking. Thank you for your amazing customer service.

Very frustrating bank to work with being that they close 2 hours earlier than the computer says an hour earlier than their door does say and they're not open on the weekends so if you work then you can't go cash your check because they close before you get off work

I appreciate the kind and friendly service. It's good to have them offering services in Paradise. I look forward to having the open until 5 and 6 in Paradise.

Its convenient until you have a real question. I wish they had an old fashion bank manager who would solve a problem for you rather than being all to visibly happy to hide behind pedantic bureaucracy and shoulder shrugs.

I don't bank here and I never will after my experience the other day. I parked in their parking lot because it has lots of shade trees and (it's July here and very hot this summer) then I go for my daily walk, I was gone about an hour. I come back to a big white sheet of paper on my windshield that says: YOU ARE ILLEGALLY PARKED AND IF YOU PARK HERE AGAIN YOUR CAR WILL BE TOWED AT YOUR EXPENSE. This is a small town and there was plenty of parking, no reason to treat people this way!!! Just SAY NO TO ROBO BANK.

This Bank is Nothing but a Nightmare. The Tellers are all nice. The Supervisor & Bank Manager are nasty ladies. There were was an over payment on my Debit card. I asked them why they would cover a charge that there was no money for. They will not answer your questions. They have a set answer. "It's not the Banks fault." Everything is the customers fault in this bank in their thinking. The 800 number was not much help. They keep telling you there is nothing they can do. That they really have no power. It is up to the local branch. That they have all the power. These ladies misuse their power. With seemingly no oversight. The Supervisor tried to close my account without my permission. I owe the Bank no money. It was vindictive of her because I had reported her to 800 no. Than she put a stop on my debit card. Me not owing anything. This Bank is run with a Vindictive Supervisor. She sits on a desk behind the Tellers. She certainly has problems. If she doesn't like you for some reason look out. Thankfully I'm going to another Bank. I would Not Recommend This Rabo Bank to Anyone. Stay away.. There are Much better banks out there with better & a more sane Supervisor & Management. The bottom line, My suggestion is to Terminate both the Branch Manager Cheryl & the Supervisor Michelle. If the Bank chooses to stay in our Beautiful community..

Very unprofessional branch manager. Unwilling to help straighten out a rabo bank paper work discrepancy. Called corporate, they handled the matter timely with a friendly apology. Wish they would apologize for hiring the paradise branch manager too.

Would you like a bank that trusts you, that is easy to work with and quickly wants to resolve all issues that arise? Or how about a bank that appears to only care about its bottom line, who has a "customer is wrong" policy and who looks for as many ways to charge fees as possible? Unfortunately, after having been a loyal customer of Rabobank (formerly Butte Community Bank) for several years, my recent experience with the Paradise Rabobank branch has convinced me that it's the latter. Imagine my disappointment when I attempted to close my account due to my move to another state and Rabobank not only charged me fees after I made it clear I was closing my account but also added additional overdraft fees until I was notified one week later. When I explained the situation to the bank manager, Cheryl, she was unwilling to help in any way, show understanding or courteous service. She insisted that I pay the fees or I would have a "bad debt" that would go on my credit history. True, I needed to keep a tighter leash on what my bank might be trying to take from me. But when I realized my error, I trusted Rabobank to work with me even a little bit. That was my greatest mistake. I am happily with another bank now on the East coast. To anyone who may be searching for a bank that treats its customers with dignity, here's my two cents: Rabobank is not the one for you. There's very little "community" left in this bank.

Our business has been banking with them since the mid-1990s and they have always been good to us.

Went to their ATM this morning, Withdrew $40. After two minutes of beeps and buzzes, The screen say's "We could not process your request. Last transaction has been canceled." And, spits out an odd looking receipt and no money. Curiously, I went back into the ATM to check my balance. They took the funds out of my account and, gave me no money. I got home and looked online at my account and, a different balance was shown. Called at 12pm to confirm the amount but, Nobody was there. Apparently the website says they are open 9am to 1pm on Saturdays but, that's a lie. I then spoke to a person who tells me there is nothing they can do and, I need to wait until Monday to clear it up. The person on the phone also gave me an incorrect balance twice. So, I guess I'll spend $10 in gas and time out of my day to go beg them for my money in a couple of days. I stepped in better customer service on my lawn this morning.

So, here we are again. after a huge run around by these "professionals" who can't seem to give me a straight answer, now, I've got 4+ hours into trying to recover money and still no money. In the end, it's more paper work and time out of my life. So, anytime you use one of their ATM machines, expect the possibility you might not get your money for an entire week and, that is only after you've heard all their B.S. told to you 10 different ways by 4 different people on top of an investigation and, filing a bunch of forms. I'm not entirely convinced they know the meaning of the word "convenience"

They are still open after camp fire, but as an overall bank I have seen them be very difficult to deal with and slower than any other sending out cards and whatnot.
