My keys and paperwork of passing smog are just sitting on the counter with no employee at the service desk. I have been waiting for over 40 minutes now standing back inside and still waiting with no employee yet to be present.

They are at a new location on Skyway between Billy and Wagstaff. The new building is much nicer and cleaner than the old location.
They always get the job done, I very much recommend them for smog checks at the very least. The old location had too many dogs! The new location only has one! LOL. They appear to be the only place that can smog an RV. Otherwise, it's down to Chico, you go!
I've been going to C&J Service Center for 8 years.
I recommend this business.

There are very good vehicle service centers in Paradise so I am not comparing C&J with any others. I've taken all my vehicles (with the exception of my new one) to C&J and have been very happy with them. Always on time, always available and drive in smog service. Quite convenient. I can easily recommend C&J Service Center.

In the new location, they moved from Pearson to skyway in Paradise. Front dest lady is kind. The place looks clean, expected since it's a new building. Currently waiting on smog service. I was the last one in and had fast service.
