To whom it may concern after being a customer for 24 years and running my business through these accounts I’ve decided to close both of my accounts today I would rather deal with a robot then deal with constant new tellers that that want to know how you got the check why the person owed you money the checks that I deposit are from rent that people pay me why were they so late in paying you then I told the teller that I don’t get into their personal life and ask those kinds of questions when they’re paying me then the teller wanted to know if I could just take the checkTo the bank it was written from get the cash and then bring it back to tri Counties that’s when I finally gave up frustrated took my check to another bank for a deposit this happened at the Skyway branch in Chico

DO NOT EVER OPEN AN ACCOUNT HERE! This bank takes no responsibility for their mistakes. My husband pulled money out from the ATM one day and they didn't pull the money out of the account for for WEEKS. My husband had a lot of money in there so he didnt even notice it when he got another paycheck and started paying bills with it. He used some of the money that the bank never took and didn't know it until the bank started sending threatening letters saying he needs to pay the money back or they're going to report him to chex systems. I will dispute this with Chex Systems if he ever gets denied for a bank account again. We called many times and the representatives admitted their computers were janky and caused the mishap. They still blamed my husband. This wasn't a debit transaction that requires a pre authorization, it was a CASH transaction. It's NOT his fault! Every time my husband went in there before he closed his account, all the workers were rude and snooty.

Closes way to early, ill never understand why they started closing 2 hours earlier, kinda makes it hard fir people to use them when they are busy during the day like a normal person

I tried to cash my payroll check at tri countries today. The power is out so they have the door locked and only let one customer in at a time. But there is no sign on the door as to why it is locked. I called the "call center" ahead of going to make sure they could cash my check without power. After much wasted time and me telling them my check is 300, they can only do 200. Now I have to drive to chico to cash my check.

Don't get me wrong, they're all the sweetest people in there for the most part, but I'm over banking with them. Extremely high interest rates, not wanting to work with you, and then freezing my account and not telling me about it. Do yourself a favor and go to Sierra central or Chase. â€
