I had a lot of issues with my accounts, and James at the Paradise branch handled everything so quickly and professionally! It was the best customer service I have ever received! I highly recommend everyone to go see James at the Paradise branch, he will handle all your banking needs efficiently and professionally!!

I have been with US bank for several years. I usually bank at the one on Esplanade. Very frustrated with them for a few months....forget about getting service at the drive up window. I think they've cut back on people because no one is ever available to help you even if you ring the bell. Their parking lot is one way only and it's VERY difficult to cross Esplanade to get into it. Lastly they keep changing their website design and it just keeps getting more complicated to use.

Today I went to the ATM In Paradise, CA to withdraw funds. I along with another unrelated customer tried to use the ATM but it was down although there wasn't a sign on it. The branch did not open until after 9, it was about 8:45 a.m. As we noticed a white older woman working inside we signaled to her that the ATM wasn't working. Instead of walking to the door she repeatedly yelled something at us from her desk. At one point she shrugged and threw up her arms. It would have taken her maybe 30 seconds for her to go to the door and answer our questions. After a minute or so, a young, white male came to the door and let us know that they knew the ATM was down and that they had called in a technician from Roseville. Instead of sitting at her desk, it would have been much easier (and more customer-focused) for her to stand up, walk to the door and give us the same information as the younger. more polite, gentleman did. I am not sure if she refused to assist us because she is rude, incompetent or since both of us were people of color (he was Native American and I am black). Sadly, I have come to expect this type of service here, but I thought it might be different at US Bank obviously, I was wrong.Update: Management responded online that I should email them and that they would address the issue. They did not return my email. This goes to show why their employees feel so emboldened to treat customers the way they do. Or better yet, maybe it was the branch manager who was so rude and unprofessional.

They never give me any Perks on my Credit Card even though I've been Their Customer for YEARS and YEARS!!. Not to mention the person I talk with on the phone are just Down Right Rude.While the Other Banking Institutions are Tempting me with Great Offers on Their Credit Cards. U.s. Bank is busy Snarling at me and I'm sure at OTHERS as well. At some point it seems like an Abusive Relationship and not worth staying in. Especially when the Bankers on the phone are just Rude and Nasty attitude. I don't remember having a Positive outcome.

Elizabeth was pleasant to work with. Opened my account in a matter of minutes without hesitation and problems. Great customer service, clean branch, very helpful and quick service.
