Okay so we’ve always had slight issues with the postal service however today I am really upset as we left outgoing mail in our residential mailbox with the flag on the mailbox left up that way the the postal service knows to pickup the mail. They didn’t even bother to open our mailbox to pick up the mail. Today is August 1st 2025 on Friday. The mail service drove by and didn’t even bother to collect our outgoing mail. We’ve also had the wrong mail delivered to us anywhere from two to three times a month. Really upset with the lack of care and consideration from whomever delivers our mail.

This post office is not open regularly. Went to the post office around 1pm on June 19 - it was closed without any sign or note. Not cool. At least leave a note "back at 2pm " or so. And we drove there for 20 minutes.

I have always had great service and help at this post office. All of the employees are helpful and courteous. They call me by name!

The postal worker was seen throwing my fragile package down to the ground in Paradise, Ca. They have put my mail in the neighbors mailbox on the same day as putting some of my mail in my mailbox. They are getting sued

4209596992612902849688000300040814I sent an order for my customer and this post office sent it back on the same day and it is showing that address is not correct but this is not true and there was no notice on that address and how can they send it back on the same day USPS always keep it with them for a few days. Very poor services.

Mail carriers cram mail in mailboxs like it's nothing. Purposely bends mail that clearly says (Do Not Bend.) And puts packages that don't fit out the receiving end. Have to notify the post office multiple times a month. And Especially on Saturdays I can't retrieve a package & have to wait until Monday. Very disappointed with this post office especially after the campfire. (These people need a staff meeting & take some pride in their work)

I don't have any faith in the Paradise Post office. Every time I personally mail a package from there, it gets LOST!! And when I call about package they tell me it left there. However, when I try to track package it says it is still sitting in Paradise Post Office!!!! So why do the clerks lie to me when I call about package??

I am so disappointed in our Sunday delivery service man. If he see's a dog or even a puppy, he will not deliver your package. I think he should move to the city were everybody's dogs are lock up in a crate,
