Beyond slow. Like think the DMV sloths from Zootopia after you sit in line for 30+ minutes. I know they're the only pharmacy in town, but that's been the case for a long time and they either need to expand, hire more people, open the second line, get somebody out there with a tablet like in n out. Come on.

It’s the only pharmacy in the entire city. They have limited to poor customer service, some of their pharmacy techs are really rude and are obviously spread thin. They consistently usually run out of Rx’s or don’t have Rx’s in stock- and rather just tell you asap… they don’t tell you until say… 4pm on a Friday when they tell you to come get your script…. And you’re needing it…. Awful follow through and just poor operations. I have little faith in this pharmacy to do their job and provide dependable service, especially when it’s needed the most.
Use Walgreens in Chico…. Paradise Walgreens is a HUGE gamble.

I’m so disgusted with the wait times. I’ve sat in the drive thru line with one car in front of me for over 10 minutes. It’s just as bad picking up inside. They have zero respect or concern for their customer’s time.

TOO SLOW….go somewhere if you need it soon, if you can.
ONE pharmacist to serve the whole ridge!!!! You are making a fortune, Walgreens why don’t you hire another pharmacist? Greed or not care. Still waiting for diarrhea medicine I’ll be done with it by the time they get around to me. So disappointed in Walgreens.

Always packed and busy because they're picking up the slack from 2 pharms closing in the area. The staff remain helpful and courteous.

Need to update their closing hours, took time off of work to get out early to pick up medications, stand in line for a couple minutes only to be told to leave because they close at 1800 even though there's still 5 minutes left. Absolutely absurd and unprofessional. It's a pharmacy not a restaurant I'm not ordering a meal right before closing time. So sorry to inconvenience you by asking you to do your job and be open when you're supposed to be.
Edit: added another star because right after this they extended their hours during the week which is awesome.

Walgreens Pharmacy keeps texting and emailing me to tell me certain important prescriptions are ready, but when I have my worker go and pick them up, the pharmacy say they are not ready for several more days. This is a waste of my time and my worker’s time! This keeps happening! It’s also very confusing to figure out when my prescriptions really are ready.

Its the only pharmacy up here in Paradise now, so they're pretty busy. Always great customer service with a smile, and they are pretty efficient.

Man these people are working their tails off! Get them some help Walgreens! They are the only pharmacy in Paradise. The drive through is for ever so most of the time we go inside.

If I could give less stars I would. I've been here 50 minutes waiting for a prescription that was ready yesterday. You need to get more employees if you cannot help customers in an appropriate amount of time. Very frustrating.

Sadly the Paradise Walgreens pharmacy has gone downhill. Staff are no longer friendly, wait times are excessively long. Limited customer interactions.

Clean, well staffed, drive thru pharmacy available! I've been going here for 8 years.

This pharmacy NEVER Has my prescriptions ready when I am told. I go when it’s supposed to be ready and it is always delayed and I am told they are working on it. I have never used such a poor Walgreens in my life
