August 28/25 Friday night around 9:20 PM. I came in to buy gas with $30.00 dollars. The guy take my money and going to put gas for me. There is tall black lady told him not to sales gas for me, because I’ve given him all $1 dollar bills ($30 dollars), but I got upset and told her I needed to buy gas, after all that she only let me buy for $16 dollars ( I was very upset ) than she let him sales me fir$20 dollars. Have anyone ever heard employees refused to sales. Please Manerger do something about this employee.

I am not happy with customer service there is a employee today April 12 2025 around 8:20pm I have the app for good deals in I got free drink in the employee ask me for 5 cents she charge keep ask me for that in I ask her why??? if I got free from the app in she say she does not know she has bad attitude in not able to answer my questions??? I am reporting this!!!

Yesterday Sunday October 23, 2022. the female employee cashier whom works the late night shift at around 9pm is extremely rude, this employee is definitely the back end type, extremely rude unprofessional, she doesn't speak a word to the customer, and when she gives you the items she shoves/ throws them to you instead of handing them over nicely, upon speaking face to face she intentionally ignores you on purpose right in your face and walk away without a response, this person is better placed in the back restocking away items cleaning gas pumps or the trash, better fits this employee attitude, but definitely not in the front end giving super bad attitude, negative face gestures, to all ampm customers, the service for this location results is resulting in negative reviews because of how she treats others, if she doesn't like her job why work here and treat others in such a negative manner, do us all a favor and put her in the back

Okay - It's a gas station. I don't normally get anything other than gas - so they almost always get three stars. This one gets an additional star. The good part about this station is that they have the cheapest ARCO gas around. The bad part is that they are a small station and only have four pumps with a hose on both sides - so eight spots. It's kind of crowded and can get busy as it's so popular because of their great pricing. There are other Arcos closer to me, but if I'm in the neighborhood of this station and need some gas, I'll go by to see if I can get in...

Went in and gave a 100 dollar bill for gas and put 49 dollars of gas and the girl at the register tried to give me one dollar saying I had given her a 50. After telling her to give me my full change she rolled her eyes and gave me the other 50 dollar bill.

So we just tried to pay with ATM and their machine wasn't working and it's cash only. So they are trying to report less to the IRS OR are coming up on atm fees because the ATM MACHINE worked. What a coincidence!
