Jerzain was a big help and I really appreciate his time and the attention to make sure that I knew everything that was going to be applied to my bill and he wanted to make sure I was not surprised with any extra charges. It is the worst customer service there can be. I have been battling with them for 5 months. Every month they cancel my internet because the workers are not trained to solve problems! I call and they tell me that they will fix it and they make me go to the store personally every month and waste an hour to have my internet reinstalled, I paid for my internet and they cancel it half a month and I end up paying a month of internet for nothing! I returned the box to change the internet, they made me go to UPS twice to return it! At least here I will put my complaints because they do nothing and they don't care!

On 5/9/24, I went to ATT and Alan, the manager, and both Ana & Emily were so helpful, professional, and very knowledgable about the product and service. They answered all my questions and concerns. They pulled out the red carpet ! I . I left AT&T. very satisfied and pleased ! I will recommend ATT to my family, friends, and strangers ! They treated me like family! Their customer service was top notch ! check out ATT !
