Chris was helpful and attentive right when i walked in the door. he communicated with me my options in easily understandable ways and helped me upgrade my phone with zero issues. i was in and out of there in about 45 minutes and he even let me walk next door for a quick bite while my data was transferring! thank you chris ur awesome

Emily was the most pleasant and helpful customer rep. Stayed on the phone with insurance for us to help navigating a plan and gave us all of the options available with a smile even though making the insurance claim was not pleasant. Thank you Emily!

Anaeli is very patient and has the most amazing customer service. I return to that location because I love her attitude and has all the answers to any of my questions. The manager Luis is also top tier! They have A+ service! The entire team is AWESOME!

Manager of the Paramount store and staff were very friendly and helpful.I went to 4 Different corporate att storeBut they didn’t help me to transfer my number from prepaid to postpaid. I would like to give Paramount att store 5 star.Thanks a lot for all your help ?❤️❤️❤️???????

Great service! I went in today to apply for mobile service since I am pretty tired of Metropcs after so many years with them. I was helped by Retail Sales Consultant Anaeli she was so nice and very helpful. Answered all my questions and was very nice and helped me get what I went in for and wanted. Even after helping me she did provide me with her card with information so I can contact her if I have any questions or issues. Great costumer service everyone working in this location was very nice and attentive with all the costumers.

Drew was amazing in helping me choose which device was the best option for me. As I entered, he greeted me with an amazing attitude and personality. Any questions that I had, he answered them thoroughly. He was super helpful and eased the process in upgrading my device. Highly recommend Drew as his customer service skills were Excellent!

I recently went into this location to get some questions answered concerning my plan. Not only were my questions answered but I ended up obtaining more knowledge about my actual phone and family plan. Chris was super helpful even though he had other customers to take care of he was efficient and caring to all of us. Abel also stepped in and my girlfriend was happy that both of them saved us time and a headache !!! I’ve gone to other locations but the service from these two was superb. They hired the right people !! Recommend !! 10/10

Christopher is an amazing worker always puts the customer first he is a charming young man and definitely deserves a raise I will personally ask for him when I come back and visit the AT&T store
